Was too upset to write a review before. Do not use this company. They did not do the job we requested, but did a different service with a HUGE price tag. When we tried to ""work"" with them to find a compromise, they refused. The company is way over-priced, and not reliable. No one needs the stress they cause!

Be sure you request an estimate for anything you think about having this company do. I had them check my main sewer line with a camera to see if a certain procedure (CIPP) could be done (this doesn't involve digging up the driveway)--or if I would have to get my concrete removed for the repair to be made and then new concrete poured. I had two companies check my sewer line--this company charged more than twice what the other company charged. I brought this to Eric's (the owner, I think) attention, he never responded to me. I respectfully asked for a refund for a portion of the excessive charge and was ignored by Eric. I will never use this company again, and I will recommend to anyone I talk to to avoid them.

We called Pipe Doctor as our well had suddenly appeared to stop working and this company said they serviced wells. The technician they sent out spent 4 hours here ""running diagnostics"" and eventually told us that whatever was wrong with our well (which he wasn't sure what was wrong) was above what their company could fix. We were charged $936.00 for not only nothing, but for damage done to our system. It turned out our well was just frozen so the next day when the water unfroze, we discovered the technician left our well lid untightened and water was spurting out of the well on all sides. My husband had to leave work to come home and fix the issue. The technician also inappropriately adjusted our pressure switch and when the water came back on, it was shooting out of our faucets. We had to have the pressure switch changed out because of this. To top it off, we have been trying to reach the company to discuss our concerns and obtain a itemized bill of services provided for an entire MONTH and keep getting told they are too busy to call us back. They originally came to our house on February 6, 2021 and we have been calling weekly with absolutely no response. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

They charged $200.00 just to pull in my driveway. then charge $400.00 to pressure check the return line. said it was leaking . Next the used a listening device to check for leaks. Marked the spot total charge was $850.00. we cut the concreat back to the skimmer from there mark,no leaks were found. Called several times and not response for 4 days. After speaking with the agent that checked the lines he said there are no guarantees they could find the leak. Asked for his supervisor to call me yesterday and he still has not called me back.

I had called the Pipe Doctor after my basement flooded and they came to replace my sump pump.Eric who I believe is the owner was very nice as was the person that came to do the work.$2400.00 later it was done. They drilled a whole in the brick of my house to let the water leave the sump pump. The outside of my house was being flooded from this water. I called them back and Eric charged me 39.00 to come out to see the damage they had caused.CHARGED ME!!!!!!!! Eric was going to bring something to divert the water he never did!!!!!! The sewer department came out and I was fined 450.00 I asked Eric to refund me that and he mever returned my call. Jenny who answers the phone hung up on me.I would never use that company EVER !!!!!!! I had another plumber come out and within 2 hours my issue was solved and they were fantastic. THE PIPE DOCTOR is in CRITICAL CONDITION STAY AWAY and are not consumer friendly.

Do NOT have them do any plumbing work for you! Very shifty people. Wanted a $39 dispatch fee. I get that. But then $99 an hour for service. $450 to replace an OU flange for a toilet($25 fix at hardware). Then to drop a one piece toilet, that's an extra $300.
As I was discussing this service with my husband, I advised the technician to wait for my decision.
We decided to do the work ourselves and save all that money. By the time I came back to advise him no thanks... he installed and started the work anyway! He looked up at me and told me it would be $500. I advised him to uninstall what he did and to get out of my house! He then tried to charge us for the install he started without my permission. I told him to leave immediately or I would call police. I called his supervisor, Eric. Eric state's he should have never started the work without a signature from me. I am still confused by what happened. Please don't trust this company.

this company charges for estimate. they wanted 300 to hook up gas dryer, one line. they wanted 500 to move water valves for washer and dryer. the next plumber i called was 100 to hook up dryer and 250 to move water valves. they were more than double. wish i would have read reviews first. they will be extremely expensive. 39.00 for estimate.

I had an emergency where my tub was leaking down into the garage. My regular plumber was booked for days so I did a search and ended up calling The Pipe Doctor on Lewis Ave. From the initial call to the end of the call they provided great customer service and an honest opinion as to what was wrong. The plumber, John, not only showed me what was wrong but admitted he couldn't fix it but would find someone who could. He spent over 10 minutes calling around to find a company that I could work with. It was only $39.00 for him to come out and give time consuming attention to my problem. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up- thanks Pipe Doctor!

Highly Disappointed. They never disclosed the hourly fee upfront. The tech was supposed to call prior to him arriving at my house so I could leave work to meet him. I felt bad that he was just sitting there, so I gave the receptionist the code to the house. Upon my arrival he was already working. He found I had a frozen pipe, but ran out of propane for his torch. He asked to use my hair dryer; however, we lost power. He charged me $337.50 for 3 hours of work, when he only worked 2 and I was left with the pipe still frozen. I was left shocked at the price and dumb founded when he said hopefully the temps warm and the pipe thaws on it own. If not, give me a call.
When I reached out to the owner he simply put it to me that I am one of those people who thinks other peoples time is worth nothing.
