Called in to get an estimate and to inquire about how my repair works. The person who answered the phone was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Will be looking somewhere else.

Unprofessional, inexperienced, liars. Would never recommend them to anyone for any job big or small. I don't know how they are in business when they cannot even get a permit filed for the correct village and then get the address wrong and take 5 months for an inspector to come by and have the nerve to tell me that's normal for a boiler conversion. Incompetence is a nice word for the words I could use. Please use anybody but them! Wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

My central AC went out for our office. Pipe Doctor came out quickly, went up on the roof and in less than an hour fixed the issue. The repair total was more than I expected and my usual guy is cheaper but I needed it fixed ASAP.

Recently used them to service my new generator that another company installed incorrectly. The owner personally came out, made suggestions and gave a fair price. They corrected all the errors and got the town to pass the inspection.

I would have give them no star at all already just because it requires me to rate the stars. My husband and I called them for an estimate for installing central air and heating system for an under construction home that I'm about to buy because home does not listed with air conditioning included, and they were extremely rude when answering both me and my husband. They hang up the phone on my husband without answering him and for me, they told me in a rude manner that they are not interested in the job, so I ask them why (because I haven't seen anyone that have a job but doesn't want to do it, when the sheet rocks hasn't been installed, it easy to install CAC with easy money). And he just repeatedly said, ""We're not interested in the job, that's all"", without any reason(s). I don't know why they're being voted #1 for Best of Long Island, it was an extremely unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend Pipe Doctor to anyone, don't get deceive by best of Long Island votes like us, which I used to have good experience with best of Long Island business voting, but now I think I have to double check for accuracy.
