Do Not trust this guy. He is arrogant and so full of himself that it should be enough to look elsewhere. We asked him to do a job for us to replace a shower body. He removed the tiles and replaced the shower body but did not test it. He told us to have a tile guy replace the tiles which we did. When we told him it was done he refused to finish the job unless we gave him more money. He was arrogant and very nasty. We hired another plumber to finish the job and he told us it had been done incorrectly and a wrong part was installed. He also said the price we were charged was exorbitant. He contacted Pipe Doctor and had them pay for the correct part, which he then installed. This guy is an overpriced, overblown, arrogant jerk. If I could give him zero stars I would.

This company might do good work but the attitude that the entire staff has... is just unbearable. No one showed up to my appt and then the actual OWNER had the nerve to get on the phone as if it was my fault. Said he sent me a text for me to confirm appt. I said I never received a text. The owner said he texted the number that sent him the pictures of the work that I needed. Since I never actually text anyone pictures, but I uploaded the pictures to his website.... I suggested that maybe you were texting your website. The language that he began using was just too unprofessional for me to be spending my money at this company. Small companies never realize how important ""word of mouth"" is until its too late. Hopefully this guy gets it together.

Did an AC replacement for us and couldn't be happier. Mike made the process as stress free as can be. It's hard to find a company that is reliable and trustworthy, and I'm happy we found Mike and his team. We had a little hiccup after the install with a vent not working how it should be and he quickly stopped by and fixed it the next day. System is running so much more efficiently, and we have signed up for his monthly service, which gives us peace of mind in case we need anything. Would definitely recommend.

This is the worst Contractor (Mike) I ever met in my entire life! Very unprofessional and racist, came to my house only spent 20 minutes didn't fix the problem then he want to charge me $520. He said $200 to show up at my house, he charge $250 an hour. Plus I have to pay him for gas and tolls, when I refuse to pay him for guess diagnostic, This lunatic kick and break my back door, call me numerous racial name and threaten me.. I when and report the incident to the police. I would recommend them to my dog.

What does Pipe Doctors customer service as provided by MIKE THE MANAGER and the third leg of Kevin James film career have in common? They are both the worst experiences Juan Jarvis has ever had. Upon asking the lovely mike the manger to have his employee move a truck that was block my driveway a terrible even happened. He was rude nasty and said things I will not even put on yelp so you can all see this review. I guess he thinks he has a foot long, you know the kind of member that would send piper perri packing from the adult film industry straight to playing organ at a baptist church. Wrong! The only foot long mike the manager is packing is a meatball marinara from Subway into his lunch bag. These people should not be allowed to operate their business with the way the treat people. You would have to assume they do shoddy worked based on the poor attitude of their staff. I think the taliban has friendlier employees!!!!! NEVER GET WORK DONE BY THESE HACKS! YOU MAY HAVE TO RENAME YOUR BATHROOM INTO A POOL ROOM WHEN THE PIPES BURST AND FLOOD IT OUT WITH PUTRID BROWN SEWAGE. MIKE THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND NASTY. I HOPE HIS PUNISHMENT IS TO GET STRAPPED IN A CHAIR AND WATCH PAUL BLART FOR DAYS ON END WITH ONLY DIET FANTA TO QUENCH HIS THIRST AND DURIAN FRUIT TO EAT!

This nasty plumber made a huge leak in my home & then had the nerve to scream in my face as if it's my fault.

so I called the corporate number, ok now I get why he's a jerk - the whole company is just disgustingly unprofessional.

Not professional. Found this place from his youtube channel. i contacted for an estimate for 10 year hot water tanks, i got a call back from Mikey Gas Pipes himself. Asked me if 6 year tanks were okay. i didn't give the green light for the change in the model units so he abruptly told me not to waist his f*#$'ing time and hung up. I called back and actually pretty funny, he said ""with all do respect F U and hung up on me again. hahhaha. im glad this came up before doing business. Piece of advice , if you don't need new biz stop marketing yourself, its a waste of everyone's time.

The phone mannerisms alone made me sick. This man hurled assumptions at me left and right before even using his services. I'm glad to say I would never give him the money he assumed I didn't have.
