This nasty plumber made a huge leak in my home & then had the nerve to scream in my face as if it's my fault.

so I called the corporate number, ok now I get why he's a jerk - the whole company is just disgustingly unprofessional.

Not professional. Found this place from his youtube channel. i contacted for an estimate for 10 year hot water tanks, i got a call back from Mikey Gas Pipes himself. Asked me if 6 year tanks were okay. i didn't give the green light for the change in the model units so he abruptly told me not to waist his f*#$'ing time and hung up. I called back and actually pretty funny, he said ""with all do respect F U and hung up on me again. hahhaha. im glad this came up before doing business. Piece of advice , if you don't need new biz stop marketing yourself, its a waste of everyone's time.

This is a warning to any NYC resident looking to retain their services. This company is not a licensed Master Plumber with the NYC DOB. All they have is an expired General Contractor license. This means that if your job requires a permit and they completed the job, that work would have been done unlicensed and unpermitted. I will definitely be using this company again!! Was originally told from another plumber after he put his ear on the wall they will have to Demo entire Kitchen and it will be $2,000+. Searched for thermal Leak detection on yelp and found pipe doctor. I spoke to Mike which was extremely informative on how to proceed. Booked service for the next day. Two technicians fixed the leaking pipe in a hour or less and only cut two holes and did not have to demolish entire kitchen. Thank you so much for the repair and the coupon.

The owner cursed me out on the phone and called me a cunt for asking a question about a service plan.The customer service is horrible! I did not appreciate it and it was uncalled for. I would not recommend anyone spend their money to support such a low grade business. My worst experience EVER. The customer is not important or valued.

Worst customer service ever recieved . I have been a faithful customer for years and because his front desk person messed up in taking down my information and being extremely rude he called me to insult me in front of my kids telling me to go fuck myself and i must not be getting laid by my husband disgusting human being . On how he treats his customers when it was there fault instead of apoligizing . He should not be a owner of a company when he does not know how to treat people . I had to give a star to post this but it deserves no stars

Hired them to come out and replace our toilet, they took off the old toilet and THEN advised us we got the wrong toilet size (I didn't know this was a thing), and then tried to charge us $200 for the uninstall and reinstall of the toilet. They could have told us it was the wrong toilet BEFORE taking off our old one, or told us the correct toilet to purchase BEFOREHAND. Then when we asked to have the $200 dropped to $115 as it was an error on both sides - the tech said fine but do not call us back again. When we offered to go get the new toilet and pay a trip fee, that should have settled the matter as it was more than fair - quite a ridiculous attitude for a ""business"".
