I've had multiple issues with my rented apartment over the last month, and they have always been able to resolve everything on the first visit -- even after regular business hours! I been calling them after 10 phone calles they responded and they come, they couldn't fix the problem ,
And then they said will back again to bring another machine

I found this company to be extremely unprofessional. Raz/Peter scheduled a time they would be coming out to fix a relatively minor plumbing issue I was experiencing a few weeks ago. Instead of showing up themselves or sending someone who knew what they were doing, they sent out an inexperienced worker who broke our stopper and said his boss would contact us about the issue. Not only did his boss not contact us, he gave me the run around when I contacted him to address the problem. He said he was on vacation and had just returned and that he would call us as soon as he could. After 3 weeks and a couple of phone calls, I'm still waiting to get a response from him.

I'm completely disappointed with these people! They were referred by someone they know. I can't imagine why?!! I have since fixed the problem his worker caused (his worker broke our stopper, the new plumbers had to open our wall to fix the stopper issue).

My recommendation is to stay away from this establishment!!! Unprofessional and they don't know what they're doing!

Unprofessional. Schedules to come out for an estimate on a large project then doesn't show up nor gives a heads up so I can at least go upon my day. Then reschedule and again does same thing. I try reaching out and he stops responding to all calls and texts. If you don't want to be involved with a project just say something. No reason for you to not show up and not have the least bit of courtesy to give a heads up. Common courtesy can go a long way.

Great and on-time service. They really know their job. Always responsive and timely!! I have had this company help with plumbing issues at our restaurant many times. Always on time and quick!

This is the first time I've used Pipe Detective. Raz arrived in the one hour window he gave us. I provided some info, he did some troubleshooting, the problem was fixed, the price was right. I would definitely call Raz again.
