Customer service was great for the start. The very sweet receptionist, Devon I believe, got me an appointment the same day. The technician Titus came and was very professional,personable, trustworthy and on a timely manner. He quickly fixed my issue and was very helpful with all of my questions. Will definitely call back with any other issues.

Such a disappointment. My brother called Pipe Bros yesterday to schedule a fix on a leak that is coming from our main water valve. Our city water department noticed an increase of water usage in our home and came by to check to see if any leakage was present, and to their expertise, they found one. We scheduled an appointment with Pipe Bros to have it fixed as soon as our city shuts off our water for repairs to be taken place. We called yesterday to have everything confirmed for the next day at 3 pm - 5 pm. We gave them our contact information and address and spelled every single letter and reconfirmed all numbers. We then were informed that there will be a $49 charge for their serviceman to come out to take a look and assess the situation. If we choose to go with their service, the $49 will go towards the work. We thought it was fair since we needed the work done. The next day comes and the water is finally shut off by the city and all we had to do is wait for the plumber to come by to fix it. We got a call with an unfamiliar number around 4 and as soon as we answered we did not get any response. Thinking it was the plumber, we gave a call back to that number and we did not get any response. We then called Pipe Bros, and they claimed that they have been calling us the whole day, leaving voicemails, and text messages to tell me that the plumber is having car difficulties and was not able to come to my location. I did not receive a single call, voicemail, or text message. They then repeated the number in their contacts and there was a wrong digit. I mean come on, your receptionist repeated the number back to me before she quoted me that ridiculous $49 fee for an estimate/assessment. With much frustration, I canceled the work and called another plumber through Yelp.

The owner of Pipe Bros did try to make amends and called us back after a few minutes. They even offered to waive the $49 for the estimate and offer some discount / free service. But that does not sit well with us because other plumbers we called offered us a free visit and assessment. Pipe Bros, on the other hand, locks in their potential clients by charging them $49 for estimates; that is just distasteful. I was not sure what discounts the owner wanted to offer, but we were not interested after hearing their excuses. Don't get me wrong, discounts are nice and great to have, but in this situation, it is not about saving as much as we can; it is about getting the job done. Water, electricity, and gas are the essentials in a home. Without it, it causes many inconveniences. To boil all this down, Pipe Bros did come through as promised. Calls the wrong number (we wonder if that number ever replied to let them know that they had the wrong number or if they even checked their caller I.D. to retrace our number) Not calling another plumber to come out any way to assess our situation because it might just be an easy fix, but instead completely bails on us. So next time, when deciding on a plumber, think again with Pipe Bros.

If I ever need more work done I will use Pipe Bros! I am having some extensive plumbing work done at my house and I needed a third party to look at the work to make sure it was being done correctly. We called and Steve (owner) came out the same day. Spent a good amount of time looking at the work and explaining things to me. He told me what to look for and discuss with my current company and although I originally wanted him to camera the line to check things out he told me not to pay him to do it .... the company that I am already paying should do it for me for free and if I wanted him to look at it he would. Wow! You can't find honest service like that anymore. Most contractors will take all the money you will give them. On top of that he would only accept ""gas money"" for a house call. What a great company!

If i have any other plumbing issues, i will definitely use pipe bros. Christian did a fantastic job, and is a very nice guy. I recommend this company if you have issues with plumbing. If they had a 10 star rating I would a rate a 12!!! Thanks again

I called Pipe Bros because my kitchen sink was clogged and water backed up. I received same day service backed up with great customer service. Titus and Joseph showed up on time with great service aptitude. They cleared up the clog. Answered all my questions and provided great advice to avoid this issue from reoccurring. Thank you! Clogged Kitchen Sink -

Kevin from Pipe Bros was prompt and on schedule, very polite and listened to what the issue was. Within minutes of his arrival, he explained what was needed to be done and clearly outlined the cost in advanced. Everything was agreeable and he went to work. He was a gentleman and pleasure to work with during his service visit. Once done, he cleaned up and all was back in order.

Having a clogged kitchen sink, clogged well past the p-traps toward the main drain to the street, is frustrating as it pretty much kills any real form of preparing meals and more so cleaning up after them. Within about 30 minutes, he snaked the drain clean, and solved the problem.
