When the receptionist told me the plumber had a three hour time slot, I assumed he would be arriving towards the end. To my surprise , he arrived right a the beginning , which was fantastic. Before the appointment I had attributed the leakage to possibly coming from the water heater but again I was wrong. Titus localized the leakage and explained the entire process clearly and throughly. The price was significantly reasonable and I was happy with his service . Thank you Pipe Brothers for fitting me in the schedule the next day despite me calling so late.

We had an area of drywall that was wet and drywall particles falling on the floor of our garage. When we touched the area on the ceiling it had a dampness to it. Pipe Bros came and cut a small hole and discovered a small leak coming from the upstairs shower faucets and spout. The technician knew right away that the small gaps in caulking in the shower was causing the water to leak down into the garage. He caulked around the spout and faucets. Job well done! They weren't trying to sell me on anything else that we didn't need. He was very honest and the house call fee was applied to the balance for him to complete the job. I would use Pipe Bros. again. Reliable, honest, and great communication skills in the technician that came out. We're happy with a job well done without the overpricing. Ask for Titus! He was excellent!

Excellent fast and efficient service. Titus was awesome - on time, knew his stuff. One of our issues was a simple loose fitting, and that repair was done in 30 seconds. I always expect the worst, but I never expected such honesty and candor.A lot of anxiety was spared right there. The other repairs were quickly assessed and fixed.

UPDATE: We called Pipe Bros to check our water regulator, and again requested Titus. They are super kind and accommodating, which I appreciate. Titus came out, gave us a fair estimate and out of curiosity, I asked whether we had an automatic gas shut off. My mother had concerns we were due for an earthquake (she was right), and I had just assumed we had an automatic shut off b/c our house is only about 20 years old. Turns out we didn't, and what do you know? Titus knew how to fix that, too! He gave us a great estimate, got all the necessary parts and brought our gas system up to modern standards. He took the time to explain how it works in case if an earthquake, what to look for and how to get everything going again if it does have to shut itself off. We are feeling very fortunate to have found such a great company and a plumber we can trust to help us with ongoing maintenance work. Such a relief!

Was very happy with Titus our plumber! Was prompt friendly and informative about the work that needed to be done on some old piping that had been neglected for to long. Had anxiety after told and showed what the problems were but after work was done everything was up and running looking good and Titus was kind enough to clean up the work. These guys were great in every way. Took my call and were able to schedule something the same day. Showed up to the appointment early, but called ahead so I knew they would be there. Needed a kitchen faucet replaced, which they were able to do quickly with no problems, including adapters to fix an older model structure not otherwise compatible with new plumbing standards. Prices reasonable for the level of work and needed parts. Will definitely use them again.
