Jacqueline C.TOTAL RIP-OFF, WAS QUOTED, THE JOB FOR A REPAIR OF A PINHOLE WATER LEAK WOULD BE CLOSE TO $150( $75 service fee & $75 labor ) and, parts. 2 men arrived, and, After the completion, which took 10 minutes, replacing the cooper parts with PVC tubing and small thin clamps ( there was no soldering) ,the cutting of the PVC was not flushed. Basically it was a quick fix and they charge $240.00. The 2 men that did the job, stated their boss (Ricky ), told them what to charge and the repair was within "" Code GUIDELINES , I asked to speak with Ricky, however , was told to call the office for a email receipt. I called their office and spoke with Rhonda, she stated, the parts used was about $12 and did not understand why we had to pay $240.00. ALSO, THEY TOOK ALL THE ORIGINAL PARTS , AND OUR 3 CLAMPS
