I entered the plumbing field working with my father, Tom Woodhams, and his partner, Randy Thomas, who ran a prosperous plumbing company in the San Francisco Bay Area. They instilled in me a deep understanding of plumbing engineering principles. After many years by their side, I worked on significant commercial and industrial projects in California, New York, and South Carolina. This experience allowed me to learn from numerous skilled mechanical tradespeople, broadening my knowledge in various mechanical fields. I appreciate working alongside skilled residential builders and architects, learning a great deal about design and building codes.

I am inherently inquisitive and love tackling challenges and understanding how things function, which motivates my ongoing education, especially in relation to new technologies in the plumbing industry.
