I started my plumbing journey alongside my father, Tom Woodhams, and his business partner, Randy Thomas, who operated a thriving plumbing firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. They taught me the fundamentals of plumbing engineering. After years of experience with them, I took on large-scale commercial and industrial projects across California, New York, and South Carolina. That experience enabled me to gain insights from many talented mechanical tradesmen, enhancing my understanding of different mechanical trades. I appreciate working alongside skilled residential builders and architects, learning a great deal about design and building codes.

I have a natural curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, which keeps me engaged in learning, especially regarding innovative technologies in plumbing.
