Can't say enough positives about Pioneer Plumbing crew and the service they provided. Brian, owner, provided emergency service when our water line was inadvertently broken by PGE, and other companies indicated inability to respond until the following week. Crew, Kyle and Eric, worked all day in miserable temps to locate break, replace pipe, and repair water line. Brian was in contact with my husband regarding progress, and workers, Kyle and Eric took time to explain situation, plan of work, and likely timetable for completion. I would have to say, in many years of utilizing professionals for work, they rank high on the list in communication, competence, and overall, extremely pleasant people. Thanks so much.

Needed a hose bib installed and Brian was able to come out same day for an estimate. By chance he had a small window in his schedule and was able to complete the job that day, do a great job, and for a fair price. Brian and his partner were really nice guys, they even helped me get my brand new smoker out of my SUV that I had picked up earlier (and had now clue how I was going to get it out with just my wife and I, that thing was heavy!). I've not been in my house long so Brian also took the time to show me where my water mains were and also how to drain my other hose bib for winter. The one Brian installed is already winterized and no need to cover for winter. I highly recommend these guys and will call them first for any future plumbing needs!

We had an emergency plumbing situation pop up the day before Thanksgiving in the late afternoon. Brian answered when we called and told us that it was no problem. He arrived shortly thereafter (he was very punctual) and quickly evaluated the issue and set to work. Mr. Taylor finished the entire project in under an hour and was extremely polite, kind, and thorough. We appreciated his work and would recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have. Pioneer Plumbing is a small, family run business, and they work hard for a good price. Brian, the owner, is a very relaxed, straightforward, and honest plumber. He's a veteran of our armed forces, too.

We had old galvanized pipes in our recently purchased home and needed a whole-house re-pipe, all the way down to the street. Brian came out to our house for the initial assessment and proposal. I really appreciated the time he took answering all my questions and exploring various ideas with me - even those beyond what he knew would be the scope of his work. His bid also happened to be significantly cheaper than several other plumbers.

Scheduling the project was very efficient, and the work was complete in two days. The team did a great job cleaning up after themselves, and we love our new PEX pipe system. There were a few issues that the inspector required addressing, but Brian was always out the next day to resolve them.

I'd give 4.5 stars if I could! My only piece of constructive criticism for Pioneer/Brian would be to improve the proactive communication slightly. I had to initiate correspondence several times to learn about the outcome of the inspection, rather than him contacting me first. That being said, Brian was always VERY quick to respond - either by phone or text. It was actually super easy to communicate with him by text, even in the evenings if necessary, which I found very convenient.

I'd definitely recommend Pionner to anyone, for projects great or small. Thanks Brian!
