I don't know who you are writing these five star ratings for them. They showed up four hours late, didn't have my appointment on the books. Try to sell me a new piping, for a clogged drain. This is the second time I gave them a shot. I found the guy who could speak English rude and abrasive. They talked Spanish between them the whole time. I called a friend who referred me to Global Plumbing they were at my house in 30 min. Unclogged the drain for a very reasonable price, told me what I needed to do and did it! Bam Wam thank you maam out the door..Done Deal! I wouldn't trust these guys with a 10 foot pole!

Had one super friendly experience, called two days later for kitchen sink help, guy came on a Sunday then said it would be $650. Literally NEVER had this experience before and could not believe the friendly face I had two days earlier was now some guy shaking me down. TOTALLy not cool.

Their technicians are very knowledgeable, diagnose and clearly explain the problem, and then offer clear options for a fix. I can then choose an option that I feel meets my needs and budget. Once I determine which option to go with, they quickly and expertly execute the plan. I have never been disappointed with their work, and have always felt I got the best job done at a very good price. They never try to ""up-sell"" a job.

UPDATE: Yesterday while driving received a call from a number I didn't recognize. I picked up because my dad is gravely ill. It was a friendly lady who, when I asked her to, refused to identify herself. She put on the line a man (Raul) who said he was calling about a Yelp review. I informed them NEVER to contact me again.

I have used Pioneer Plumbing two times now and I have found their work to be excellent. I called due to a leak in my toilet and within one hour, a plumber was at my door. It was a Saturday. The leak was fixed in 30 minutes and the price was great. I will use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Their work is fast and professional.

Called them in the late evening and they showed up in 35 minutes when other companies wouldn't come out until the filling morning. Plumber was very informative and polite. He waited several hours for equipment showed up so I could get the clog fixed. I was very happy with their service and will definitely use them again!!
