RIPP OFF DONT USE THEM !!
I was out of town 6 hours away needed a plumber for one of my homes, googled plumbers, they said they were an honest small family business and are very reasonable would be fair to me. Far from the truth! they totally ripped me off ! A small job Cost me a fortune ! and the plumber had to come back twice he didnt finish the job correctly. I guess the PLumber can make his own rate the more he charges the cusotmer the more he makes. I had 2 and 3 other plumbers after the fact tell me how grossly they had over charged me. If you want to pay $ 350.00 Hourly rates for this plumber its up to you. Those are Lawyer fees and I dont even Pay my attorney that much. Very Upset and broke after this experience !!! I let the contractors board know as well. STAY AWAY !!! Totally took advantage of me. !!!

I needed an outside drain snaked. I had two different plumbing companies come out to do the job and both were a nightmare for various reasons. I called Pioneer Plumbing and was surprised to have had such a pleasant experience this time. They came out right away offering a free quote for the job. The plumber accessed the situation, gave me a quote, worked on the job and gave me updates as he went along. He successfully completed the job in a few hours and I paid exactly what he quoted up front. Additionally, they representative on the phone was well spoken and helpful. I would recommend Pioneer Plumbing and I would use them again.

Pioneer Plumbing earns an A+! I called them out after another local plumber was a no show for an appointment. Within 30 minutes of my call to Pioneer, Matt (the plumber) came out. He was polite, professional and helpful. He knew that I needed the plumbing done right away, so he left my home to go to his appointment and promptly returned at 6pm (time he said he would return) and put in my gas line. I am so pleased with the service that I don't think I will ever use another plumber again. I give Matt and Pioneer a well deserved 5 stars!

My friend was house sitting an amazing mansion in Malibu and invited me over for evening drinks. When I got there the handy-man had punctured a pipe while doing repairs to a wall. The water had to be shut off and we had to call a plumber. It was 6pm on a Thurs. We called many other 24 hour plumbing companies, but none of them followed through. Finally I found Pioneer Plumbing through Yelp. Within 2 hours Tim the plumber showed up and was able to identify all the problems while working in the dark. He needed help from another plumber to move some heavy equipment which he was able to do bright and early the next day. The water was back on and everything was fixed right down to the wall work that the handyman left behind. Great work! Great rates. Pioneer plumbing is now on speed dial in my cel phone. They'll be the first ones I talk to from here on out.

My washing machine was backed up and I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. I googled plumbers in my area and decided to go with Pioneer Plumbing. It was only after I called, that I read the yelp reviews, which made me a bit worried. I ended up having a pleasant experience. The plumber that was sent out was very competent and fixed my issue. I got the $55 promo price for the drain clean out because that's all the work that needed to be done. The woman who answered the phone when I called to request a plumber was extremely nice and professional. When the plumber was running late, she called to let me know, and even did a follow up call after the work was complete. I mentioned the bad yelp reviews to her. She acknowledged that there have been complaints in the past, but the company is making an effort to change the customer service. Based on what I experienced, I would definitely call them again.

wow this company is a joke!!!! talk about major scam artists. first and foremost the so called manager which I really have to talk about has no plumbing experience what so ever, from what I understand he's the owner best friend (go figure) none of the equipment that pioneer uses is their own. All the plumbers and vehicle's are sub out which tells me this company is a phony. Please do not use this company avoid getting ripped off. And if you do use this plumbing co. beware of mor the con man salesman who has no plumbing experience!!!!!

I had 2 clogged pipes. One in the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink (2 separate lines). The plumber showed up exactly at the time scheduled. He took a look at it and quoted $125 for both pipes. He was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and he inspired confidence. I will definitely use them again.

I am shocked at some of the reviews/experiences people had with this company. I called last month since my kitchen sink was leaking pretty badly and someone came out that afternoon, repaired the leak and came back the following day to install a new faucet for me. Most companies I have to call over and over to find out where and when someone will show up but this company was on top of it the entire time. I truly believe the pricing is competitive and am glad my friend referred PP my way.

I appreciate the customer service and the amount of time it took to fix my leak and I will definitely call PP again.

I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them. My toilet decided to stop flushing just a few hours before I was having a dinner party on a Saturday evening. I called at 2:00 pm, and they arrived at 5:15. (Other places I called wouldn't come out same day!) It took about 1/2 an hour to fix. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced!!!
