Recently purchased a home and found some ""surpised"" that needed to be repaired immediately.

I called Pioneer, they dispatched somebody within two hours.

They diagnosed the problem(s), gave me a quote.

I then scheduled the work for the following morning. They both showed up ontime and handled everything on my list.

They cleaned up before they left and were very professional.

Pioneer Plumbing came highly recommended, so i was disappointed by how their poor customer service effects their work ethic. I had a rep come out to provide an estimate on some home repair items, including adding clean outs to the sewer line and kitchen sink. Several weeks later, i received the estimate with both jobs linked together, no breakdown for parts and labor or time estimate. I spoke with the receptionist and requested a more detailed estimate so that i could move forward and schedule the work. After being given the runaround for another two weeks, i am taking my business elsewhere. Perhaps the original estimate was fair, but with multiple jobs linked together, i have know way of knowing and their lack of any detail makes me question their pricing integrity.

Not sure about their service, but their drivers are aggressive and exhibit road rage. Driver of the van behind me was honking at drivers and changing lanes erratically. Even ran a red light at Golf Links and Wilmot today at about 11:40 am. Not the greatest way to advertise your business....

Sean and Dawson came out today and put in a whole new A/C unit in for us. They were both very nice very professional. We have a few extra obstacles to come out and fix things at our house as we live out so far. They were both very accommodating. I have a broken leg. They helped me pen my calf up and then put all of the wood back for me. They did a great job!!!! We are back up and running with cold air again. I would definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone.

We had an issue with our recirculating hot water system. Had two other plumbers in and they tried various approaches, none of witch worked.

Ray from Pioneer plumbing took about 5 minutes to correctly diagnose the problem. The other plumbers hadn't a clue.

Ray's proficiency is amazing and the company is a pleasure to work with.
