Our sales rep was amazing - Pioneer's sales reps are fantastic people.
With that being said, I called and requested to have my AC unit isolated from the rest of my house because the new unit had a greater power draw than my old unit and it was affecting my lights. The electrical manager called me back (after 3 phone calls waiting for him) and he advised ""it will be a huge ordeal and KUB will need to be involved"". I called KUB and had them come out - KUB told me they hear this of Pioneer often and it is a simple shuffle of the breaker because it was sharing a section with another large breaker. ""The huge ordeal"" ended up being something I could have done had I known how to move a breaker.
Ashley in financing received a note 5 days ago to call me, because I want to re do my brand new financing loan with Synchrony Bank. Synchrony told me 24 hours ago that Ashley called in a few days ago and confirmed that Pioneer will need to refund my loan amount to them and then they will re process my loan. Ashley, not knowing I called, emailed me that she was not sure how to manage my loan request and that I need to call Synchrony Bank myself.
Once again, I have a representative from Pioneer who is fluffing a situation to be a greater hassle than it needs to be.
Maybe Pioneer/Ashley does not trust me as a customer to manage this process, it is also possible she does not know how to begin the refund process and it is also possible she does not want to begin the process. Regardless why Pioneer's financing department does not want to help, I am still waiting on a phone call.
Until then, I need my water heater replaced and I will not use Pioneer. Feel free to refer another company, because my 30+ phone calls in a month and a half to Pioneer is utterly ridiculous and a gigantic waste of my time.

Brand new unit that they installed not working. we had an appointment for 10am today. No call, no show. after calling to find out what happened they said we got bumped due to ""emergency calls"" and can't come out for a week!!! What is more of an emergency than no AC and the house is 85 degrees??? completely useless customer service. what is the point of offering a warranty if you wont come out when the thing doesn't work. probably never did!! Horrible company, horrible customer service. The lady basically said they didn't care about us because we aren't elderly!

Had two appointments lately that were no shows! My time isn't as important as theirs, I guess.

On the last service visit my brand new dryer was scratched up by the technician.

Called and spoke to the New Service Manager and he wasn't interested in hearing about the situation. The technician said he didn't do it and that was that.

I certainly wasn't trying to get a new dryer. I have a brand new Samsung dryer. Maybe a discounted service, since my property was damaged.

I've been in customer service for over 35 years, and this isn't the way to do it.

I'm older and I'm not going to say something that happened, if it hadn't happened.

Pioneer didn't try to appease the situation at all. I've been a good customer for several years. That's a shame.

Chris Legg serviced our OLD A/C and heating central unit. The heat and humidity in our home was unbearable. He found the immediate problem, explained the issue and fixed ol' Bessy right up and almost a month later she's still going strong. He did warn us that with such an old unit we will likely have more issues in the future, crawled under our home to assess our ventilation system, all to get us a better idea of what the cost of replacing the unit would be, knowing that we definitely couldn't afford to do it anytime soon. He went above and beyond, explained everything so well and was very professional. Highly recommend! Great service. Quick turnaround and honest work!

We called for service on our 5 year old unit and were told they had no one that could service us. A week later while speaking to a friend we found out they were able to get same day service when they called about their 20 year old unit. Our friend wasn't happy because the person sent out was only interested in selling them a new unit.

I recently (July) switched to Pioneer to retain the service of the specific technician who had been with another firm. I was happy with his service before and am happy with his service now. I read some of the other reviews about no-shows, and poor workmanship, and can say we have not had this experience.

Been a customer for 12 years and had PM's done twice yearly since I had them replace our unit. I called this morning due to our Heat Pump not cooling and they said it would be July 5th (15 days) before they could come out. Always done a PM twice a year and was told that gave us a higher priority. I would hate see what the time lag is if you did not have the yearly PM's. I also have had to have them come back out after a couple of the PM's to put back together some of the unit. time to move on to a new company due to lack of customer service for sure.

Problems from day one. Do not buy ac system or anything from Pioneer. A piece of junk!
