I was in the middle of replacing my oil burner. 3 days with no heat or hot water. Both the plumber and electrician tell me to pick up a Taco 6 zone relay for the oil burner. I called Pinto's and talked to one of the employees explained what I needed and what it was for. He tells me the part I want and the part number and to come down the next day for it. So I went in and bought it next day, well it was the wrong thing so I spent Saturday morning driving around looking for a place that sells the correct equipment and luckily found it. I just tried to return the relay and the ow we first said no and blamed me, the plumber and electrician for his employees mistake. He took it back but charged me $50 return fee after continuing to berate me. Never again with this place and his employees need some serious training!

I own a building down the street and have come here a few times to get plumbing stock. Old man pinto is a grumpy guy with a slow point of sale system. I gave him a stock list and to get what I needed seemed like too much trouble for him. I buy a lot of materials from various suppliers and this guy takes the cake on poor and slow service.

Pinto's plumbing has done a number of plumbing stalls at my home over the years. Just had a new toilet and kitchen faucet install and hot water heater few years ago. They are professional plumbers and do great work. Where they have their own supply house you can visit and pick out your own fixtures, they have it all together. Mr. Pinto is very reasonable with his pricing and expertise.
