I contacted Pinson Plumbing for a shower valve problem that they had installed 5 years ago. I thought they would be able to know what to do best since they installed it. I texted Sat, they replied that Monday they would call and schedule. Monday they texted and the earliest appointment was Thursday. I said ok. I texted a photo of the valve box to show the brand. They asked for my email and I received two emails and several texts confirming the appointment. Then on Wednesday afternoon the day before, they texted that they can't find the part and canceled my appointment. Basically I lost a week. Then they called and said I should contact the manufacturer and request the part, then once I gave it to call them and basically hire them to install. They should have told me Monday if they couldn't find the part. Wasted 1 week and I need to now start
over. Terrible customer service.

I had a leak in an outside faucet, I called Pinson Plumbing as they had done impressive previous work at my house during bathroom remodels. The owner, Rob, responded very quickly to schedule. Ray showed up on time, reviewed the projects cost and time. He was very professional and finished done on time. Again, another fantastic job. Will definitely call again for additional work.

From the person on the phone to the technician who showed up, excellent customer service. A few weeks ago, my husband noticed an odd stain on some of our wood flooring. So we called a plumber first to make sure it wasnt a leak. I was very worried especially with everything going on with the virus. The guy on the phone asked me several questions to gauge the severity and made my appt. The technician showed up on time and listened to all of the things we thought it might be and thoroughly checked everything out, pressure test and visual inspection in multiple areas. He found nothing and didn't charge us. I was shocked as we took up an hour or more of his time. This company is local and great. I would definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

I attempted to replace an old corroded p-trap under a bath vanity and unfortunately the p-trap broke and I was unable to remove from wall pipe due to corrosion. To avoid further disaster, I reached out to Pinson Plumbing in the evening and they were able to come out the next day. Joe was very courteous and considerate, wore a mask for COVID and shoe protection in house. He quickly took care of my problem without further damage. Since he was here, he went ahead and installed the new p-trap, angle stops, and faucets in the double vanity. He threw away trash and left work area clean. He was also kind enough to give me plumbing tips for other projects I was considering.

Our master bathroom shower started to have a constant drip, we called Pinson plumbing and they were very quick with their response time! On the day they came out to fix our shower they were right on time and with the whole covid-19 thing going on right now they also made sure to take the proper safety precautions (wearing N95 masks, gloves, and booties) when they finished they left no mess behind and their work was impeccable! Absolutely flawless! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with how great of a job they did! I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

Needed drain and vent pipe in Laundry room replaced and also gas line relocated a short distance. Workers who came are very professional gave a reasonable quote. They were able to do repair very quickly and everything was done right. Very happy with service and plan to have them come back soon to help with bathroom remodel.

I own a salon in Lake Forest. We've been having trouble with the water heater for our shampoo sink for about a year. I've had other plumbers out to look at it and nothing has worked. Brett from Pinson just left and I'm so happy to write this review! He was very professional. He took his time to really trouble shoot what was going on with our water heater. Rob, the owner, called to check in as well. I'm so excited to report that we know have full pressure hot water!!! Thank you thank you!

Side note... if you're shopping plumbers as I had, you may find that people don't answer or call back. This is so frustrating. PINSON answers and you get automated confirmations. Above and beyond
