I had work on my summer home in Dublin, NH. Plumbing on a water pump. Call and they arrived an they did excellent work. They fixed my plumbing for the pump. Also on another job I had a water problem on my circuit breaker box. This happened on Christmas Day Dec 25, 2020. They came to my house and gave me all the assistance I needed. A far as I am concerned they are tops and I would use or recommend no one else

My water pump died on a weekend day and I didn't know what to do. I looked up plumbers in the area and I called Pinney Plumbing & heating and they were right there when I called. They sent someone out to fix it for me that weekend and I've had no issues since! The plumber who came out to my home was very kind and knowledgeable when I asked him questions about the process. I feel like the company cares a lot about their customers and goes above and beyond to prove it.

My fiance called Pinney Plumbing to set up an estimate for various plumbing needs for our house. After the appointment was set up, a man (I forgot his name) from Pinney came to our house on time, and we went through each of the items that need to be fixed. He said that it would take a week for him to draw up an estimate, and then he would call us back. Three weeks later, and we still haven't heard back from him. We're not of the mindset to chase people to take our money. Taking our business elsewhere.

Not interested in doing business! Generally the Pinney plumbing team is great, so I contacted them to get a gas heater in my laundry room replaced. They promptly sent a guy to check it out. He said he'd get back to us with a quote. This was on a Monday. The following Wed (10 days later) I contacted the office, because we'd heard nothing. The dispatcher said she'd put a note on the guy's desk. It's now the following Fri (another 10 days) and we still have not heard a word from Pinney, who claim that one of their services is selling and installing gas space heaters. Taking my business to someone who wants it.

This company was able to give us some free advice over the phone while every other company was saying we'd be charged $180 just for them to travel here. They told us it was a frozen pipe and we just need to use a blow dryer on it. We did this and yipee! It worked!

Had them replace a new faucet in the tub....the old one had been leaking..they installed a new faucet but they had to solder a new piece of copper and remove the old. Job took over 2 hours! I thought they we're suppose to be experts. Charge was 500$- WAY TOO MUCH....OVERPRICED. They are ripping us off...
