We used to use these people on a regular basis, because we have a sewer line that's partially broke, where vegetation grows up into it. After many $250-300 visits over a year or so, we finally got a bid for $5000 to just replace the line.

Well, they thought the problem (or only problem) was in one section of the sewage line, and so they only replaced that. It was only a month later where the sewage started backing up into the house again.

At the moment, we have a floor full of raw sewage, and nothing to show for $5000.

If they had only stopped to check the entire line, this could have been avoided. We would have also spent more to get the entire line fixed and get it done right, not just the easy part for them in the back yard. (I think they wanted to avoid tearing into the concrete under the house, probably because it's not something they could handle.)

The owner usually has some younger people come out (his sons, I believe), but there's one older fellow that's extremely rude. Avoid getting that guy!

Overall, I'd say they're fine for small-ish jobs, but don't let them do any major work. They don't seem to be competent enough to handle that.

Wes came and quickly and correctly did the annual upkeep my plumbing lines needed yesterday. Diane and Rose now answer their phones and always get me the help I need quickly and are understanding and kind. Michael, the owner, answers my questions and has a wonderful crew, Wes and Scott, Lane and Garrett and so many others. Natalie is wonderful as well. Thank you Pinnacle staff for being My Plumbers.

Helpful and always in time. There isn't a plumbing issue that they can't solve. They installed a tankless hot water heater for us and they were in and out in a couple of days. If you have an emergency they are also quick to respond.

Plumbers themselves were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. We were not told the entire time we had plumbers at our home what anything would cost. We were later slammed with a very large bill, and an incredibly rude billing agent calling for payment. We had to seek out an itemized receipt for work that was done to understand what the charges were. Pricing seems to be off as well. Jetting our lines at our home in Houston was $350, where as their price was $455.

I hate giving poor reviews on family-run business, but the billing side of this experience was incredibly mismanaged and downright unprofessional.

Showed up early listen to the thing I tried. Accessed the situation. The guys worked as a team one working the auger the other assisted. Didn't try to up sale the job my house is 94 years old. They fixed the clog. Gave me a plan for other options in the future. They explained how my sewer works. They cleaned up the mess the over flow caused. I highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing.

Called them for a couple of things, installing a new fixture and repairing a leak. They were punctual, clean, and professional. Had used them before several years ago. Same owner and same service. The charge was quite reasonable. They didn't leave until I was satisfied and I was VERY satisfied! I highly recommend Master Plumber Michael Griffith and his well trained staff at Pinnicle Plumbing!

THE WORST PLUMBERS I HAVE EVER USED. I have not had a working shower for almost 2 months!! I explained that I only had hot water for ten minutes and then it was cold. They checked Nothing! I had a 100 gal hot water heater and they replaced it with a 50. My estimate was $1000 and the bill was $2400! It changed nothing so the checked and said I needed a part in the shower. All I had was scalding hot water. They said they needed another part and I.burned my hands because it is still only scalding hot. The owner was supposed to meet my husband today and he didn't show. After my husband called the office they quit answering their phone and no one knew where he was
I told them I just want my money and my old hot water heater. Needless to say I have nithiim
