Not impressed at all! Promised to give us a partial refund on the part (charged us $85, we bought the same part for $30) and never came through. He didn't fix the problem and charged us $180 while expressing he needed to tear out our shower wall to really get to the problem. My husband ended up fixing our leak for an additional $30.
