I've been using Pinnacle plumbing for about 5 years now, maybe even longer. They've always done a good job. We have a reoccuring sludge build up problem in our kitchen sink and he was able to snake it out in about a minute today.

If I could give a FAT ZERO I would. I waited patiently for my appointment I had a leak from upstairs to downstairs. When day of appointment finally came the lady in office called said plumber is covered in poop and needs to clean up can she reschedule? I said ""sure"" I felt bad for him until she said okay next Thursday ( mind you it's Monday). I wasn't very happy I got tricked from being kind! I told her it's unacceptable I would like it atleast within a few days? Bottom line she was so so rude they missed second appointment! She kept hanging up on me!!! After months of him finally coming back n forth only to stay for 5 minutes if that each time ..then blame home warranty company! My son had a broken leg couldn't use his bath or shower for MONTHS! OH and that rude lady and plumber are husband and wife so it fell on deaf ears!!! Last straw was he came out and supposedly fixed it never checked downstairs to confirm it was fixed! It was WORSE! Warranty company sent out new plumber and they fixed issue also were kind & prompt... He showed me that this pinnacle JOKE of a company twisted and broke a vital piece (which I still have) and will post a picture! BEWARE!!! I warned you.

I came back from a 2 yr deployment and purchased my home and have Old Republic home warranty. I seen we are having rust issues with the water heater. So Old Republic had these guys come out and evaluate my 15 plus yrs water heater that has rust flowing through out my home. The plumber shows up to my home and wife shows him pictures of the rust in our children tub. He says oh ya we need to report this. And leaves after 4 mins of being there. Old republic calls my wife to tell her that they reported nothing is wrong with our water heater.?????? Negative there is something definitely wrong with the water heater. Need negative 5 stars needed for this company and oh ya my home is all pex piping and copper. Rookies!

This guy is a rip off!!!! don't trust him one bit! He will quote you one thing and turn out and say $600 and his voice and attitude is not worth a penny! Save time and money and do not call him!

Ok here is what happened, I have Old Republic Home Warranty and they gave my call to this company. Pennacle Plumbing guy seemed really nice, knew what he was doing, he ordered my disposal, in which I got a cheaper brand, but oh well. However, when I ask him if he wanted check, credit card or cash, he said cash is good and at the time he didn't give me a receipt and would send me one. Never got it. Now got tons of no pay notices from Old Republic , even suspension letters. I called his office, spoke to Rose, called late at night spoke to Rose and was told it would be awhile. I got service in March now July. So how hard is it to post paid or let Old Republic know its paid I don't care if he doesn't claim on taxes or pockets the payment since he said he was the owner and self employed, but be honest and don't screw the customer. Needless to say after 4 months of working on this, he slightly remembers this but has to check accounting, now if he didn't tell them in which he's the boss, then I have to pay. I am so mad over this. So do not trust anyone if they say they will send invoice, get it then and there if its on a match cover!!!. I hope to spread the word on this company even will tell the IRS, Better Business Bureau and report to Old Republic, because if he didn't say paid then he pocketed it. Most people anymore hate writing checks and don't give out their credit card info, old woman such as myself gives cash. So cash works, but get a receipt. He said he didn't have anything to write me one and had to be at another call. HUM I really hate writing these but beware of anyone that you give cash to and when you go through another company for service. GET A RECEIPT, HAVE PAPER AND PEN READY AT ALL TIMES. I refuse to pay the 75.00 again. So we will see what happens. If I was Janey another complaint I would file complaint with IRS, they will investigate all calls for service to this company and you never know where this will lead. Hopefully he tells OLD Republic that people pay.

Cleave came to my house from a referral from Old Republic Home Protection and it was after hours around 7pm . He brought his kid w him who was crying because he hurt himself prior to coming to my house. He was on the phone w his wife as well. He stated to me right away that he has been w the company long enough to know that it was not a covered benefit and that the charge was going to be $375 I asked him if that included the $75 for service fee and he said yes! He was already animated because his son kept interrupting him that he wanted to go home. He should have never brought his kid to my house which was already unprofessional!! I received a bill for $75 from Old Republic which I had disputed w them. After calling Pinnacle several times ""cleave"" finally got back to me telling me that he in fact recalled the convo we had and the fact that his child was there that day but denied the $75 convo. I told him that he knows what he told me and its funny that he can recall everything else but the $75 and his response was ""oh well its my word against yours"" and hung up!!! Do not go to this company they are dishonest people and do not take responsibilities for their own actions!!! I was stuck having to pay $75 2x because of is denial . Worst company ever!!!!! I filed a complaint w the BBB also these people need to be exposed!!! This guy is a scam artist!!! Apparently I am not the only victim here! Read all the true stories from others!~!~

My appointment was from 11 am - 2 pm. He came at 12 and replaced the garbage disposal within 10 mins. Made it quick and easy. Now I have to do the dishes. He did a great job.

This company was sent via my home warranty (Old Republic). The lady I spoke with to set up the appointment was nice and got me an appointment the next morning. I currently have a hot water pipe leak, so I've had my hot water shut off. The plumber (I didn't catch his name) who responded was rude and unprofessional. He did show up on time, I told him my issue and he asked well my crawl space was. I led him to it and he scoffed/cursed, threw his wrench and whatever other tool he had down onto my cement and said well let's hope I can fit. I was taken aback for a moment but am used to dealing with assholes in my line of work so I just said okay. So he crawls under my house, is under there for a minute or two, comes back out. Tells me it's a slab leak this and that blah blah blah. My house is old and set up weird, where the leak is supposedly located is under a concrete slab in my add-on laundry room area. So then he tells me my option is to start off he could do an ""official"" leak test which would cost around $250 and be messy in tearing up the concrete, but it would be better to just fully replace the piping (both hot & cold) and it would be around $3500-$4500, since he ""knows where the leak is"". He then tells me home warranties usually only cover $1000. So then he says he'll have to take it back to the home warranty and then get an official price and I should hear back in a few hours. It's been almost a week and I never heard back from this company. I've called Old Republic twice now trying to get this sorted out. I STILL don't have hot water. Keep in mind it's winter so it sucks even more. My boyfriend crawled under my house the next day and there's no way to see where exactly the leak is coming from (especially with the plumber spending only a couple minutes down there) due to the inaccessible layout of it without using a scope or whatever equipment plumbers use to assess that stuff, which this plumber did not. So the plumber lied about knowing where the leak was. I know he didn't want to do the repair because of his scoffing and negative attitude regarding it all. My last call to the home warranty they said they would contact this company again to get a follow up bid. I told them I don't want this company doing my repair. Definitely do not recommend.

Tl;dr: Cleve didn't do a great job and, more importantly, he lied when he said he'd send photos to the home warranty company to ask if they'd authorize him to fix it.
Cleve was sent by my home warranty company. Neither he nor his secretary are good listeners, which definitely made this process more frustrating (there are a few other pieces of story not summarized here, it's long already). The main issue, though, was that Cleve was supposed to replace the handle on the toilet (to flush). When he installed it I asked if he could make it horizontal instead if up on a 45 degree angle. He said it's designed to be that way. He flushed a few times and jiggled the water level and left. When I tried it myself, I realized the handle was knocking against the toilet tank lid when it flushed. For this and other reasons, Cleve came back. He said the handle he had used (which was quite industrial looking) was ""industry standard"" and that whether it was good was a ""matter of opinion."" He finally agreed to take photos of the two handles (the new one and old one on another toilet) to ask the warranty company if they'd authorize him to ""special order"" a plastic handle like I had before. A few days pass and I get autogenerated emails from the warranty company. I think it's in response to his photos. When I finally speak to the secretary, she has no idea whether Cleve sent the photos to the warranty company, telling me to just call them myself. After I push she says she'll leave a note to ask him. The home warranty company told me that after the second visit, Cleve marked the job as complete; they received no pictures (the emails were about something else). They sent another plumber out who installed a new, non-industrial looking, horizontal handle. Cleve never did call to tell me he submitted those photos to the warranty company, so I can only assume they were right when they said he marked it as closed...and that Cleve lied to me. (I will say that he never used foul language around me and was polite, contrary to some reviews.)

Used my home insurance, they sent out someone from Pinnacle. He was very dissmisve towards my wife, rude, and extremely unhelpful. The plumber tore apart a bedroom closet to gain access to the underside if the house, leaving all of it's contents strewn across the floor. The ""service"" he provided was to give a 5 minute look around and then proclaim he couldn't fix anything unless we pony up more money, outside of our insurance, to fix the problem. Then left without even trying anything else because "" It might be messy"". At this point I can deal with a little mess if we have working sinks, toilets and showers.
