They were called to come out and do plumbing repair through my no good home warranty. Our water was off due to a leak, we went up to the gas station to use the restroom and received a call from the office lady saying the plumber is at our house. I informed her we would be right there and she asked me to hold. I held and once she returned she said the plumber left. Why would he leave and how were we going to use the bathroom with the water off waiting on the plumber. Why call after the fact and then want to reschedule. I told her NO THANKS. Lousy customer service.

Worst company ever!!! Negative stars if I could. Okay this happen in 2013 and my plumber was Cleve. So I had just brought a house and was having issues with my the plumbing in the front yard backing up sewage. I called them because there were part of my homeowners insurance. I used them twice because we kept having to snake it. He was nice then. After the 3nd time in 2 months, we just wanted the problem fixed and homeowners insurance did not cover the plumbing issue apparently. The plumber said that he already knows what the problem was when he snaked it. He stated that he would camera it, dig up the dirt and put a cleaning valve ny the sidewalk all for $800. We had a verbal agreement (never do that again) and work was started. First they dig in the whole spot like a 4 ft hole for almost half a day ( it ruined my grass). Then they found out that it was under my cement steps and had to hammer jack it so of course the price went up $1200 total for everything. After digging a 6 ft whole, and exposing the pipes, he said that it was the angle of the pipes that causing it to back up and the price increase again to $1800 because he would have to dig like another 4 feet across my lawn so he could angle the pipe . I started having doubts because this house was builded in 1989 and my neighbors don't seem to have this problem. And I asked him, is that what was seen in the camera? He said that this is the problem, we didn't even need the camera. That he would come back tomorrow to finish up.
I'm thinking in my mind I need another opinion. So when he left, I called two other plumbers, and they both agree that it wasn't the problem. So, the next day I told him that I didn't want his service anymore, just to stop the work and that I would pay for the dig. OMG he was so mad and piss and actually cussing and yelling at me. He is like 6'2 and I'm a foot smaller that him. I just told him to go and sent me the bill for the dig.
Well the bill I got was $1450??!!! I told them to send me an itemized bill. He was charing me stupid fees like pipe location fee , return item fee, and journeyman plumber HOURLY fee, ect.
I sent a letter, saying we had a verbal agreement for a set fee, and I'm not going to pay for this outrageous bill. He said that if I don't pay it, he will put a lean on my house.
On the side note, I hired someone else and was right, the problem was not anyway near the sidewalk ( 18 ft away) , it was only 5 foot away from where the sewage keeps coming up, the pipe had broken due to old roots from a tree that had been removed a long time ago, all you had to do was dig a 2 ft hole and fixed it.
So we never had to dig!!! He messed up my grass during the wrong dig and then missed up my cement steps to the house. I damaged my property unnecessary. He should be owing me. Wrong diagnose of the problem.
I had to call to the state broad and complaint against his license. It was back and forth for about a month, and I was just done, I just wanted the whole bill to drop. We were going to civic court, but right before that, he knock on my door all nice suddenly, saying he wanted to drop it. I guess that the state must have really talked to him or threaten his license. So we sign an agreement and it was dropped. (All his letters back were horrible and I forward everything to the state, even the new plumbers assessment and letter stating that it was never the problem).
Don't ever get go to this place.

The worst people/business EVER!!! I cannot say anything good about them. Kevin? came out and Jack hammered a HUGE hole in our bathroom floor to find the location of a slab leak. He never did find the leak, when we asked him to at least cover the hole, he refused and said it was our problem. Seriously??? This guy is on drugs or something-he was so incredibly rude and he actually screamed at me. When we asked him if he was the owner, he said ""yep theres no one you can complain to"". He made a gigantic mess in our driveway as he left, he dumped his entire wheelbarrow of concrete. If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware!!! Has an extremely foul mouth and uttered so many expletives around my small children I was disgusted. I have no idea who gave this guy a business license but he should be put OUT of business. HORRIFIC!!!! The rudest human I've ever encountered!!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. PG&E came out to my rental and told my tenants that the water heater needed to be serviced or it would explode so he turned it off and filled up the tank enough to where they could shower with hot water until a plumbing company could come out to clean out the water heater. Pinnacle plumbing came out and looked at the water heater for 5 minutes and said nothing is wrong with it. Their technician asked my tenants what noise it was making to warrant the PG&E tech to say it could explode if we didn't get it serviced. My tenants demonstrated the noise and the Pinnacle technician stated ""that's dramatic."" Basically my water heater wasn't even serviced or cleaned. I called the secretary at Pinnacle and requested that they come back out since they didn't even do anything the first time because the water heater started making the same loud boom noises it was making before. She called my tenant to coordinate a time and stated they couldn't come back out until the following week. My tenant wasn't please considering she has 3 little kids who need hot baths. The secretary called me back stating that my tenant was hostile and that she didn't blame the technician for just leaving. They never did call me back or come back out to service the water heater but they certainly sent me an $89 bill for the services that they didn't provide. I had to have another company come out to service it and it is working great. Thanks for nothing Pinnacle.

Cleve from Pinnacle Plumbing came to my home to inspect my water heater because I have a home warranty and they were contracted and assigned to my claim. When Cleve arrived at my home he inspected the water heater and said it needed to have the pilot light turned back on and then we would wait for fifteen minutes or so and see how the water heats up. Cleve informed me that since the water heater is still struggling to heat up after 28 minutes he recommends it be replaced and that he would like to collect my deductible and then he will call my warranty company and be right back. I asked Cleve what if other parts are needed wouldn't there be an additional cost he informed me that he would let me know but for now just the deductible is needed. He used my restroom while he was here then he took my deductible and said I will be right back. I was waiting and waiting and then I get a call from my warranty company that Cleve from Pinnacle Plumbing advised that the water heater was in good working order and that he just needed to turn on the pilot light. This man and company are completely dishonest and took my money and lied to me. I informed the warranty company what Cleve explained to me and they were disturbed by this. I called and emailed Pinnacle Plumbing after Cleve left and never received a response, even my realtor contacted them with no response. My warranty sent another contractor who suggested it be replaced right away and they installed a new water heater because of its inefficiency to heat water and calcium build up. My water heater was replaced by Premium Plumbing who did an outstanding job. I am writing this because I don't want any other customers to get this service from Pinnacle Plumbing. This person and service are very dishonest and fail to respond to their customers and I am still upset that they took my Sixty dollars and cashed my check but never addresses my concerns. I will make sure that word of mouth goes along way with this type of business.

Very bad business practices, came here on a call to fix toilet and leaky faucet, finished fixing toilet, and said he didn't have time to get to other problem, that he would have to come back and charge an additional $85 service call on top of however much it would cost to fix the leaky faucet. Double billing an elderly couple for patchwork that could have been fixed in 15 minutes that would have cost 5 cents for taping the leaky pipe. Warning to all, find a different plumber who is honest DO NOT GIVE THIS PLUMBER YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Pinnacle Plumbing was called out to my property to snake the drain line. When they arrived, they had told my roommate that they were not able to snake the line, and they needed to install a new clean out. This would cost over $250 in addition to the cost to patch and repair the drywall. I did not move forward with the work and called a different plumbing company. The 2nd company came to my house, located a clean out at the sink upstream of the drain line, and successfully snaked the line in 5 minutes. Either Pinnacle's plumbers are incompetent or they are just searching for ways to make more money. Either way, I would avoid using them at all costs.

Our home warrenty company sent them out to replace our water heater. The plumber came out on a monday to look at what kind of water heater it was, 2 days later he came with a new water heater as he was about to take it out he says ""oh no it's not the right one"" for someone who says they have been doing this for 17 years should have know what kind of water heater to order. he said he would have to order a new one and it would take 3 days it's now a week later and we're still out of HOT water.......will never use this company again!!!!

This company had the rudest, most unprofessional employees I've ever encountered. I couldn't believe the audacity of these employees to treat customers with such disrespect. Not only were they rude but they tried charging me exorbitant amounts of money to do a small plumbing job on my tub. These people are crooks and I'll never be dealing with them again. In fact, I am also reporting them to the better business bureau for their tactics. Do NOT use this company.

BEWARE: Make sure to get a written/signed quote! Paid $85 per hour for him to go to a hardware store and an additional $85 diagnostic that I was told was free. Tried to work things out with Cleve and Rose, but got totally screwed over. He did do a good job though, just cost an arm and a leg... sometimes we have to learn life lessons the hard way, get a written quote.
