STAY AWAY! Do not work with this business. They are irresponsible and not trustworthy. Bobby called me to set up time for my faucet install. We confirmed a time for the next day. He was late and when contacted gave me an alternate time. Well. This happened for two consecutive days straight. I wasted my entire weekend waiting for them to show up. Multiple texts assuring me he would come and after calling with no answer I was ghosted. If this is how they treat a customer, I am shocked they are still in business. If you use them and have an issue after they do work, don't expect a call back. Absolutely appalling and horrible. I was given multiple excuses for not coming to the job and of course being ghosted as a final F you.

After being ghosted by another plumber, someone in a local Facebook group recommended Bobby. He was able to come out the very next day and this was during the holidays. Him and his silent assistant took care of my issue with a toilet and charged a fair price. Would call him again!
