Called because of a leaky water heater and was told they couldn't deal with this right now. Unbelievable!!

Christian came to my house May 3 to give estimate for Ranai Tankless Water Heater. Said he would email it to me by that thursday, the 5th. Didn't want to be a pest so I waited about 12 days before emailing him. He apologized and said he would have it to me within the week. It's now August and I never heard from him again. I really do not believe I should have to hound someone for their service.
