I made the mistake of fully paying for a project before it was completed. A year later and it's still not completed. And the owner is ghosting me.

Came and inspected my water heater for a new pump.
A week later the office called and wanted my E-mail
address so an estimate could be sent. I called several
times to ask about the estimate that never was sent.
Never heard back.

I called everyday for a week, starting on Monday. A girl called me back Friday late afternoon saying she was doing errands... (like all week in the western states) because it takes 5 minutes to get from one side of town to the other. We don't even have a stop sign in town. I hope this review tells others in this very small community about the lack of professionalism and respect you demonstrate on a daily basis!

Probably my second favorite plumbing company to refer home owners or other air b n b owners to.
They do great work at a consistent pace and have modestly set prices.
They also have no issue with completing work while I am not present and billing me without me having to drive all the way to property.

When you get a notice from LACSD that there is running water on your side of the meter up to 100 g/p/h ...you listen up.
I called Raul and within minutes he was there to asses and stop the leaking.
Then dug up the place and fixed the old pipe issue with no problem.
Thank you Raul and your very capable plumbing team.

Sorry to leave this review...Raul was really nice. He called me back about 3 days after I left a message, that was fine. He came out to bid the work and told me he'd get me a quote in a few days. A week later I called to follow up. ""Oh yeah, I'll get it to you tomorrow."" Nothin'. A week later I shoot him a text. He tells me there had been some family stuff and he'd get me the bid the next day...nothin'. I try to support local and even pay the extra to do so, but I wouldn't use him at this point or recommend him.

We're retired, it's just the two of us at home, so when our kitchen sink backed up, and we couldn't do laundry either, we made an appt with a plumber our friends recommended. He was a no show, and this continued for a week. We gave up on him, and asked our son in Crestline if he knew a plumber, and he referred us to a good friend of his that owns Pinnacle Plumbing. Hallelujah!!! Someone came out the next day, and the drain on the roof was unclogged in just a few minutes. The plumber was a friendly gentleman with a long white beard. I told him he reminded me of Santa, and guess what? He's Santa at Santa's Village in Lake Arrowhead!! What an awesome coincidence, he got to meet our great granddaughter, and we promised to visit him this Christmas season. If you're lucky enough to get him, don't worry, he's a great plumber too. I'd attach pictures but he wasn't in costume, and want to respect his privacy (even though I blabbed about his Santa like appearance lol)
