Sorry to leave this review...Raul was really nice. He called me back about 3 days after I left a message, that was fine. He came out to bid the work and told me he'd get me a quote in a few days. A week later I called to follow up. ""Oh yeah, I'll get it to you tomorrow."" Nothin'. A week later I shoot him a text. He tells me there had been some family stuff and he'd get me the bid the next day...nothin'. I try to support local and even pay the extra to do so, but I wouldn't use him at this point or recommend him.

We're retired, it's just the two of us at home, so when our kitchen sink backed up, and we couldn't do laundry either, we made an appt with a plumber our friends recommended. He was a no show, and this continued for a week. We gave up on him, and asked our son in Crestline if he knew a plumber, and he referred us to a good friend of his that owns Pinnacle Plumbing. Hallelujah!!! Someone came out the next day, and the drain on the roof was unclogged in just a few minutes. The plumber was a friendly gentleman with a long white beard. I told him he reminded me of Santa, and guess what? He's Santa at Santa's Village in Lake Arrowhead!! What an awesome coincidence, he got to meet our great granddaughter, and we promised to visit him this Christmas season. If you're lucky enough to get him, don't worry, he's a great plumber too. I'd attach pictures but he wasn't in costume, and want to respect his privacy (even though I blabbed about his Santa like appearance lol)

Awesome company with a great crew! Honest & quality work. Every single person that came out to work was not only hardworking, but polite. They were able to successfully fix an underground leak, as well as handled other issues that popped up along the way . As it was a lengthy process Raul provided good communication and updates through-out the process. He was always prompt to reply and took the time to explain everything . He also helped by providing recommendations for other contractors to handle other issues unrelated to plumbing, that also provided services as reliable and competent as his. He's honest , trustworthy & definitely Five Star!

We purchased a home in Lake Arrowhead & our water heater was leaking and the label of Pinnacle Plumbing was on this water heater who had just installed it less than a year ago by previous owners. We decided to call Pinnacle Plumbing and give them a shot since they installed water heater & were local to the area. After over several calls & unanswered messages from my wife & I , we gave up. We figured they were either too busy, short staff or didn't care about clients. We got Not one return call & remembered we had a home warranty we had forgotten about. We decided to obviously used it & they sent us Direct Connection Plumbing 800-970-5885 who are not In the area, but nearby. They answered our call, set an appointment & took care of the issue right away.
I should have done this earlier. Hope this helps other homeowners save time & this poorly run business get their act together and provide the service anyone should expect to receive from a local business.
Always do your due diligence before hiring anyone. As I'm positing this review I'm just now reading previous reviews from others and I'm glad now they did not come out . It's a blessing in disguise.

I contacted Pinnacle Plumbing to fix a drainage problem. They were awesome!! Steve was sent out and was on time and very nice and professional! Not only did he fix our problem but he found a leak we were not aware of. Raul, the owner, promptly returned my calls and text messages. We will definitely call them again where we are ready to repipe out home.

Project: Replace old, old old Main Water Pipe
Lake Arrowhead, CA: Raul figured out what the other contractors could not. He cares, takes pride in his work and we could tell, loves vintage homes with stonework like ours (1930). Raul is far superior to any other plumbing contractor we have ever used. He figured out a way to replace the old water main, buried under old original pink flagstone and granite stone wall and leave all the original details untouched, without destroying a single stone. Every other plumbing contractor informed us that they would have to demolish our stonewall and pink flagstone patio. The others were in a hurry, unthinking, and didn't care....and wanted to crash right through our patio stone walkway and wall, and actually informed us that if was OUR responsibility to find someone else to replace and rebuild the destruction derby they planned for us. Not Raul. Raul figured it out. Not a single stone was broken. Raul is the smartest and the best. Hands down.

Raul did a great job on our new home in Lake Arrowhead. He demoed a large dividing wall, replaced all of the old toilets, installed a new sink/vanity, added a gas line to our barbecue grill, insulated all of our pipes, cleared all the drain ways in the driveway as well as install a metal protection cover, etc.

He was very professional and responsive to both calls and texts. I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to help us out in such a time crunch period. I would highly recommend Raul and his team for any of your plumbing and renovation projects.

The winter freeze left us with a broken water service line from the meter to the house. We were losing about a gallon of water a minute! The owner of Pinnacle, Raul came out right away to give us a quote and started work quickly. While we were very happy with the detailed and reasonable quote, to have a businessman arrive when he said he would, work all day , every day and do a terrific, clean job is a real blessing! Additionally, he finished the job 1 day ahead of schedule and for $100 less than quoted as we didn't need a part he originally thought we would. So if you're looking for a dependable, affordable,honest and professional plumber, here's your company.
