Pinnacle Plumbing has a rough start and I was hard on them; however, they bounced back nicely and did a good job installing my hot water heater. According to Pinnacle, they were having personnel issues with answering their phones which, prevented them from providing the necessary customer service on the day I needed to get in touch with them. As for the installation of my water heater, they did a professional installation in a timely manner and showed up at my home when they said they would. Pinnacle did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I will use them again when needed. Ask for Sam--he is easy going and provides superior customer service during the installs.
