Do NOT do business with this company. A very good friend of ours, who used them often, referred us to them. We had a water leak and knew it was coming from under our cement driveway. We called them and made an appointment for Monday. Prior to arriving they called and my fiancé informed them that the leak was under the driveway and asked if there was anything they could even do. Response was ""we have our ways."" They came out, did NOTHING but make a phone call to a leak detection company which we could've easily done. They not only charged us for coming out to tell us they couldn't help but they immediately charged our card for well over $800.00 for the leak detection company that hadn't even come out yet. My fiancé did ask them if there was a sur-charge for them coming out and was told it was small. The only reason why we agreed to that was because we had planned on paying Pinky's to do the actual work. After the leak detection company came out and seeing the card was charged the day before, we called the leak detection company to get rates. We were told they would have charged us $400.00! Pinky's then had the audacity to tell us they will only charge us $2100 to do the work. Seriously? We spoke to a manager several times and asked for the invoice from the leak detection company - no invoice shown to date. After speaking to the manager 3 times he said he would have the owner call. No response from the owner ever. They will rip you off. Their website says ""We Promise you'll receive an honest value for your money."" Where was the ""honest"" value here? DO NOT do business with them. Please help get the word out. I will sure be spreading via social media.

Pinky's Plumbing is quickly becoming my trusted Advisor for plumbing needs! Today they came out for a non-emergency plumbing and not only fixed what needed to be fixed quickly, but made recommendations for some other things to watch out for providing helpful tips. This is my second time using them and I could not be happier with Cory's service and his back office dispatcher to schedule. The dispatcher gives a one hour window and even calls ahead of your appointment. Such great service!

I know it's scary when an emergency plumping pops up and you Google plumbers in your area scouring reviews for whom to call. You can't go wrong with Pinky's plumbing! I have used them for an emergency and non-emergency plumbing need and satisfied with both services.

I had a water leak my tenants were complaining about at my Kirkland rental. Was referred by Eastside Exterminators. Got a call about while at work that a 21 foot section up pipe from the kitchen was leaking. Not being there to see what was leaking, I was quoted $3100 to repair. Had repairs done and 3 hours later it was repaired. Thought it was expensive. Went and checked on repairs that weekend and could see what was done. Looked like a less then $3100 repair to the section pipe that was made. If I was there in person to see actual leak, I wouldn't of had repairs done. Felt I was ripped off on price. Lessons learned. Be there to see what is being done.

Today Alex and Damian came to our rescue. We are a church in SeaTac and we have had a couple of cold Sundays. They discovered that the battery to our thermostat needed to be replaced and they did it for no charge since we've had them do a LOT of work around here lately. Great guys, located the problem within a few seconds of arriving (apparently it's common at this time of year) and were very professional and quite helpful about how we should go about this in the future. All I can say is BEWARE. This company will rip you off. They will tell you one thing on the phone and when they show up it is something totally different. They will tell you there is a $49.00 charge to come out and if they do the work they will deduct it from the final bill. However, they don't tell you that they are going to charge you $42.50 for truck operations. They came out to hook up a gas stove (the gas line was already there so all they had to do was hook up the new stove) and the final bill was over $500.00 then they give you a so called discount which brought the bill down to $405.00 including the $42.50 fee for truck operations. What a rip off. I will never use this company again and I will let everyone know not to use them.

Came to the house and snaked the main line to the septic tank. Cleared the line but my baffel is obstructed, so a 3ft hole has to be digged up to expose it. But the plumbers were very thorough about their job.
