Superior service and craftmanship! Called Pink Plumbing for a water pressure gauge and to replace a 13 year old water heater after the original plumber wanted what I confirmed to be an excessive amount. Chris gave me a ballpark quote over the phone which I could not get other A+ BBB plumbers to do. Had Lou out and let me just say that when they asked for a rating on his service 1-5, I attempted to give him a 10 and it would not let me!

Lou's work was stunning (yes, pipes can be good looking). He explained what he did, also educated me on what to pay attention to and introduced me to the concept of whole house water filtration systems rather than a water softener or descaler and RO separately.

So glad to have a plumber I can depend on and know that the job will be done right! Thank you Chris and Lou!!!!

Like others on this site, I don't usually write reviews but I am so pleased with the service I just recieved from this company that I decided to write. Mike came out to help with two problems we had that we had had a different plumber look at and not able to help or explain what was going on. It took Mike a couple of minutes to fix one of the issues, a slow drain in our master bath. He also taught me how to take care of it in the future myself. The other issue was a slow toilet. Mike was able to adjust it so it worked a bit better and then explained that the toilet simply needed to be replaced or we could just live with it as is. What he said made a lot of sense to me and we will consider doing the replacement.

Mike and his assistant were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly interested in helping however they could. I will definitely call these folks again when I have a plumbing issue.

TOP NOTCH: I'll be honest, I dont leave lots of reviews. Mostly because it takes time which I don't have lots of... But every now and again, when I stumble upon amazing service, its worth paying it forward so someone else can benefit.

This company really stepped up for me. I had what I thought was a bad hot water heater, which turned into leaky slab pipes here in Arizona. Scary stuff. Not only did these guys help me out with quick service, the other of the company got involved personally to be on location when I hired a leak detector. And to top it all off they completed a major repair the same day.

In this day and age we as consumers have a choice. I'd give these guys 10 stars if yelp would let me. I sincerely appreciate all the help Pink Plumbing. Lou and Chris are top notch!

My wife and I bought our first home and needed some quick repairs on a bathroom sink to replace some old parts. Called around and got some pretty high quotes then got in touch with Pink Plumbing. They quoted based on the job, not hourly rate and the price was more than fair. They had Lou come out very quickly and he did an awesome job and was extremely professional and friendly. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Pink plumbing was great, on time and professional. I hate having to wait around for a solution to my problems. They came out and gave the best quote in town and explained exactly what they were going to do and how they planned to do it. Lou was awesome and helped explain everything to me. I've used them 2 times for 2 different services in the past month. Once for a shower issue and the other for a toilet replacement. Both visits, problems solved and quality work each time. Very professional each time. Friendly people, very nice. Today's visit was nice considering the covid risk today. They wore booties over there shoes and gloves. Every time he left the house and came back in, they were changed. He also lysoled the bathroom before leaving. I was quoted by the owner a price and that price never changed when The service was completed. I like that. I also wasn't tried to be upsold on other services which was very nice. The quality service and people are why I keep calling them! Both services providers have been wonderful. Great company. It's nice to know that we know a trustworthy Plumbing company when we need to be calling them again soon I'm sure.

Really, really thrilled with how quickly Pink got back to us for a same-day turnaround. Our kitchen faucet handle stopped working, and the plumber dispatched by our home warranty company told us he couldn't find anything like it and would have to replace the entire thing. A phone call to Moen established there was a $5 repair kit for our exact issue :-| However, the handle didn't move after installation, leaving us with no kitchen sink and visitors arriving! Jason came out and replaced the cartridge, getting us back in business. And they REALLY took care of us on what could have been a really expensive emergency call!

I'm looking for a company to install a new tank
Water heater. Chris replied right away and gave me a quote. Actually other plumbing service came by to see the dimension and gave me a quote after they saw it. But still it's up to me to choose which is the best. I'm leaning to other company because they already went to my house and saw it. Chris on the other hand never saw the problematic heater and I sent him the picture. He then call me and told me that my heater is still under warranty by just looking the serial number and he told me just call the installer of my heater and I will just pay the installation which I did . he even told me how to drain my water heater. PINK PLUMBING and SEWER save me more than half of the expenses because I will not need to buy the heater after all. So for my next service it's PINK PLUMBING and I will tell it to my friends and co worker if they need service use PINK PLUMBING and SEWER . Thank you so much Chris.
