I called Pink Plumbing & Sewer after seeing some work done at another home. The person had nothing but great things to say so I called them up for the same install for a Halo 5-stage home water filter. I had been looking at these for the last year and finally decided to pull the trigger.
Lou is the Mast Tech that was assigned to my job and he and his apprentice were incredible. They showed up on time and worked as a team. They both were patient with my questions and showed me how to run the system and explained what to expect. Lou will pull out a level for his pipe work so it is straight and level! I was impressed since the last two plumbers I've had over couldn't seem to get their installs neatly done.

I would recommend them to anyone and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and their quality of work.

Highly recommended for plumbing needs Omar did a great job today installing my Toto toilet! He was on time and completed the removal and install in less than an hour. Plus he left nothing behind and cleaned around the base before installing the new toilet.

Most of all I had questions on replacing my shower fixtures and he was very accommodating in answering and even providing a quote on the spot. Wow!

Best thing about Pink is they are a 1 stop shop. Leave the ordering of parts to them. They order parts and bring them for installation. That way they are under warranty by Pink with no hassle.

Had kitchen faucet replaced a few weeks back. As always these jobs are a pain...we all know it. So, I really can't complain. Tech, was ontime and courteous throughout. I bought the faucet and Pink installed for $320 after arriving, reviewing and quoting the price. $100 less would have have been more like it for us Seniors (just saying). The other caveat was the base plate that sits atop the sink was put on backwards. The slight curved side ALWAYS goes to the front. Not a biggie, but it does make my job more difficult trying to clean the backside channel (for a lack of a better name) so no funk-in-the-trunk collects. The Tech may have noticed this after the fact. But, if not, look twice. I would use them again.

Had the good fortune of seeing Lou again to do a maintenance flush on the tankless water heater he installed a year and a half ago. He did an excellent job then, explaining everything and patiently answering my endless questions.
