I'm looking for a company to install a new tank
Water heater. Chris replied right away and gave me a quote. Actually other plumbing service came by to see the dimension and gave me a quote after they saw it. But still it's up to me to choose which is the best. I'm leaning to other company because they already went to my house and saw it. Chris on the other hand never saw the problematic heater and I sent him the picture. He then call me and told me that my heater is still under warranty by just looking the serial number and he told me just call the installer of my heater and I will just pay the installation which I did . he even told me how to drain my water heater. PINK PLUMBING and SEWER save me more than half of the expenses because I will not need to buy the heater after all. So for my next service it's PINK PLUMBING and I will tell it to my friends and co worker if they need service use PINK PLUMBING and SEWER . Thank you so much Chris.

Hands down best plumbing company in Az! Our water heater died and was leaking all over our garage, they showed up within a couple hours very prepared to fix our problem with amazing customer service. I'm very impressed with this company. I came home to a flooded house with water literally coming out my front door. I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer, and they had a guy at my house within 30 min. Water turned off had another company come out to clean up all the water damage and address the problem with my water heater exploded and have a new water heater installed that night. This all happened at 9:30 at night on a Saturday. I will be recommending Pink Plumbing and Sewer to everyone. Might I add that I called 6 other companies all with no response to me. I highly recommend them!

Update and corrections to comment....The air chamber you replaced was for a problem in the master bathroom toilet 1 YEAR ago......not since I bought the home years ago as you stated. Also you told you couldn't replace it that day as the part was not on your truck but back at your warehouse.....NOTHING said to me at all about having to order a part! ......As I said from the beginning a simple courtesy call to me sure would have been nice!

I discovered a leak in my guest bathroom and tried to reach out to a few plumbers before finding Chris. Not only was he the first to pick up the phone, but he scheduled an appointment within 24 hours to access the issue.

We had some unpleasant news in that the leak was coming from behind the wall and needed some extensive repairs; Chris not only determined the cause immediately, but reached out to a restoration company on my behalf to get the wheels in motion for repairs.

He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how we could proceed with insurance. He had the job completed by the next day, despite having to drill into the foundation and do extensive repairs. He and his worker were courteous of my home and left things as neat as they found them.

This is never a pleasant issue to deal with, but Chris truly helped alleviate the stress associated with the occurrence. My first experience with Pink Plumbing was 5 star and they have a new customer for life. I have already recommended them via Nextdoor and will continue to do so!

Contacted Chris today for an estimate for an issue with a tub spout. He asked me details about the issue and mentioned it could be a simple fix, with instructions on what to try first. His estimate, if it was going to be a more complicated job, was more than fair. His advice worked and he ended up saving me time and money! I own a rental house in Chandler and when my tenants called me and told me that the sewer was backing up I immediately called Pink Plumbing because I had used them at another one of my properties. They went out right away to check the problem and called me with the news. I needed a sewer line repair. They kept in constant contact with me and explained every step of the process in great detail.
