We had a leak under our cabinet in our master bed bathroom. We called them and they said that they would send someone out that day. We thought that sounded great! The plumber that did the work called before he came over and said that he was bringing his ""water guy"" with him? My wife nor myself really understood what that meant? So he shows up on time and comes in and finds the leak. While he's diagnosing the problem he says that he has a crew on the way that's going to repair all the damage that has been done (we live on the second floor and there is a bit of water damage below). I told him that that really isn't necessary because we weren't going to fix the damage in our condo right now, and that the owner of the condo below us is a guy that has his own construction company and does all the repairs himself. We have already had the same type of leak happen 6 months earlier and he dealt with our insurance company himself and made the repairs. So then the plumber and his crew show up and go to our bathroom to look at the leak. He again asks if we're sure we don't want them to take care of the water damage and again I say no. His crew leaves and the plumber stays. After determining where the leak is he says it's going to be 350 dollars! He had two parts that needed to be replaced under our sink that looked like they would have totaled AT MOST 40 dollars. The repair itself probably took about 20 minutes.

348 dollars for this repair.

NEVER will we EVER use this company again for anything. Our last repair before this was a leaking toilet at the flange where it sits on the floor. The plumber went to home depot, bought a wax gasket replacement for the one leaking, showed me the receipt for 10 bucks and fixed the toilet in about 20 minutes. Total price = $80.

Me and my wife are both on disability so we have to be very careful with our money. I didn't expect this repair to be given to us for free but, NEVER would I have expected this kind of bill for the small about of work that was done! Maybe 200 bucks? But not 350.

The mistake was with ourselves not waiting to hear back from the plumber we used before. All I have to say is: LESSON LEARNED AND NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely amazing! These guys do such quality work. They replaced a large portion of my main, replaced the drain under my shower and reconfigured my washer and dryer set up. Beyond just being pleased with the workmanship, I was extra pleased to realize how much I could trust Chris & Keith. There was a second opinion on the main which opposed what Pink Plumbing recommended, Chris and Keith came right back out to my house to show me why their recommendation protected my family and home. I went with Pink Plumbing, and I feel great about it! The guys just wrapped up the job, and I'm so absolutely pleased I trusted them. They really are great. I hope if you've read this far, you'll choose Pink Plumbing for your home. I can personally guarantee you that they will take care of you. The bonus was that they even put up with my wife changing her mind every 2 minutes!

On June 27th I had another plumbing company come out to hydro-jet our sewer line, a service for which I paid $900. My main line backup problems persisted which led me to Pink. I met with Keith who camera'd the line and showed me exactly where the backup was located. He came back a couple days later to repair what we thought was going to be 6' of sewer pipe. Once his guys got started, he discovered we had a major leak and corroded orangeburg clay pipe requiring the entire line to be replaced. Here are the pros and cons of my experience:

Pros:
1. Good guys from Chicago with decades of complex plumbing and sewer line experience. They're honest and do good work.
2. I can now do a load of laundry and take a shower at the same time. (knock on wood)
3. They are assisting in disputing the charges from the other plumbing company to help recoup the $900 spent on June 27th.

Cons:
1. I had a $10,000 improvement/repair on my hands (a fair cost for the work done, but a hit to the wallet for sure)
2. The guys hit a gas line setting us back a few hours (two things I must add - it was the fault of the utility locating company, NOT Pink; Chris the owner took off $500 for the project delay).

On Saturday afternoon Chris, the owner, got me out of a jam.

Our kitchen sink was clogged with grease. He diagnosed the problem over the phone, explained what they would do to solve the problem and prevent it from recurring and he provided an estimate.

In less than a half hour Keith arrived. He was courteous, pleasant, done in 20 minutes and cleaned up after himself.

To my surprise, it cost less than I expected.

I had an excellent experience with pink plumbing. After a very high water bill, we knew we had a leak but we're unsure of the location. Pink had a plumber at my house just a few hours after we called them, and found the leak immediately. The repairs were fairly priced and the quality of work was excellent.

We were worried that the repairs did not hold because of some flooding in the area, but we weren't sure if the pipe had burst or if it was storm runoff. Pink sent someone out the next morning to verify their repairs and confirmed that it was rainwater.

I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Pink plumbing came to our rescue when our water pipe broke. On a Sunday afternoon, our water pipe developed a leak and in trying to fix it we broke the entire thing. In less than an hour, pink plumbing sent someone over . Unfortunately we needed a whole new pvc pipe . Within hour, they got the material from Home Depot and welded it to fit our pipe. In less than 3 hours our water was up and running . we could not be happier with the service and highly recommend for any plumbing needs ! Thank you pink plumbing !!

I have used Pink Plumbing twice with great service in both cases. The first time was to fix a leaky toilet that needed a new seal. The second time, cast iron pipe carrying sewage from the house had broken under the bathroom floor from the toilet to the sewer connection at the house. Pink found the problem, and I asked them to fix it. They had to dig out the entire bathroom floor and outside extension to the sewer four feet deep, a tough job. The broken pipe was replaced with plastic pipe and the huge hole refilled in four days. Pink's guys worked long hours to get the job done and do it right. I would use Pink Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

Called them to open a line blockage that was causing backup of the laundry and kitchen line. They did good work to fix the problem as requested, but what I was charged initially seemed a bit high but I paid it, given dirty dishes and laundry with 2 kids.

To my surprise I get a call from the owner Chris a few days later to discuss the price I was charged and he offered to rectify it. I have to say, I was not expecting to get a call from owner of a company on what I was charged let alone offering a more reasonable price for the service rendered to make me happy. Will definitely recommend this company for plumbing needs.

I can't tell you enough how much these guys rock! I had a water main break in March. They were there that day, immediately assessed and came up with a plan to fix it the next day. The owner broke his arm and was still there to work! Now a days it's really hard to find someone with a good work ethic and not trying to rip you off- this is the company!
