I was having an issue with my toilets not flushing well. They came out to do an estimate but it wasn't the main line it was the toilets rim jets. He gave me some tips on cleaning them to get more life of the toilets.
I also have a water filtration that needs to be replaced that I'm unable to afford right now. However, he was so nice and helpful that I know I will use them when I can afford it. They left a good impression.

Adam was awesome! He was super helpful in replacing my hot water heater that died under warranty. Very friendly and professional, knew what he was talking about, and did great work. The company was also super responsive, originally unable to come out on the same day, but managed to move some things around and help me out. Would recommend them and will call again next time I need plumbing work done.

I called them Monday or Tuesday, but they couldn't come till Friday.
I called for a repair of a toilet that took forever to fill and happily agreed when he suggested to replace our older pressure relief valve in the front of the house as well. The valve often stuck and I'd been concerned about it for awhile.
Was a fairly quick fix of both, less than an hour and done.
He was extremely courteous and efficient.
Overall I was disappointed in the wait between calling them and when they could come, and the price was very high for the job.
Two weeks later I had a mystery leak at another property and a different well known company was able to dig a small trench, locate and repair the leak by cutting out and replacing a section of pipe before refilling the trench for a third of what Pink charged. Also very pleasant.
I won't call Pink back even though they were pleasant and efficient because it will be a couple months to pay off that credit card.

Needed some piping work done on a water heater at buyers' request in order to get our mom's house sold. Worked with Chris to schedule the job and it was a very smooth process. Our invoiced amount was exactly the estimated amount we were quoted based on pictures we provided. Other plumbers wanted to charge us a fee just to come out and provide an estimate.

Initially Chris advised the work was not really necessary and not required per any building code, but after further discussion we decided to have the work done anyway to address a concern noted on the Buyers' Inspection Notification report. We really appreciated Chris' honesty.

Would definitely use Pink Plumbing again and would highly recommend to anyone in the Phoenix area looking for professional, knowledgeable, and friendly plumbing services. Five stars all around.

We added a project of a repair to our faucet. Chris, responded first to inform us he's fully booked out BUT he continued messaging and even gave guidance so we would be able to tell if our faucet was really broken or not.

There really isn't a lot of honest and caring individuals out there who would be concerned to help us out even just by text. I thanked him so much for his time when he could be spending it with his family. Thank you Chris!
