We used Pinks since the day we bought our home about 15 years ago, on referral from a neighbor. We always found them to be honest and hard working. Now it's been purchased by another company and it feels very corporate and very expensive....they try to sell us services we don't need. We won't be calling them again...sadly we have to find a new company. Can someone post how we can all get in touch with some of the plumbers that have maybe left Pink and works elsewhere???

Now owned by Ritz plumbing and now a great company is run by crooks. They'll lie to your face about what work needs to be done. They almost got me for $10,000 for some sewer work. I got a couple more opinions/estimates and they all said the same thing. The work did not need to be done and the work that was required would only cost about $3000-$4000. As a business owner myself I tend to stay away for reviewing businesses as everyone can have a bad day or different experiences, but when things like this happen, people need to be warned .

Watch out! Avoid at all costs. For over 20 years we relied upon Pink's Plumbing and were very happy with them. But THAT Pink's Plumbing is no longer, now that Ralph retired and these new Ritz people bought the company. They are TERRIBLE. Not only unpleasant and uncaring but also INCOMPETENT and not really honest. It's unbelievable to me that they would buy Pink's Plumbing and then squander the terrific reputation built up over all these years. They came out, botched the job, wrongly diagnosed a problem, and caused us to have to call other plumbers and spend a total of $500 that we wouldn't have had to spend, if not for Pink's mis-managing the job. They're terrible, unresponsive and uncaring and actually incompetent. They actually don't even merit the one star; they merit a negative five star.

Our company has used Pink Plumbing for years and we loved it. Now that it has been bought out, it now has the worst service ever! They came out to fix something in the restroom and broke something else and didn't tell me about it, but he did charge us right away. I have been calling Pink Plumbing for almost three weeks now to have someone come out and fix what they broke, and they have just been giving me the run around. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! It's so sad how such a good trustworthy company went to waste.

I had a great experience with Pink Plumbing (now Ritz) I was replacing a kitchen faucet and the copper piping was damaged during the installation.

Alex M. was incredibly helpful and efficient. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and gave me a fair estimate. The work was professional and fast.

I'd use these guys again. Alex M. knows what he's doing and you can trust he'll do precisely what's needed.

Despite their name, this is no longer Pink Plumbing. Beware, one guy came over and made the problem worse. On another job, the same guy showed up (despite our request that he not work here). His pricing estimate seemed random and he immediately attempted to get us to do work we didn't feel was necessary. Pink always did good and prompt work. Unfortunately, we no longer trust this company.

BEWARE - PINK PLUMBING HAS BEEN BOUGHT BY RITZ PLUMBING AND THEY ARE A RIP OFF. We always were happy with Pink, but as soon as Ritz came out they tried to charge over double for what a different plumber reasonably estimated. I no longer find Pink / Ritz trustworthy and I don't believe anything that they say or do. I received an estimate for $9,700 to work on a sewer line from Pink/ Ritz in my front yard to the curb and just finished getting it done by a different plumber for $3,800 and it included all the way into the street to the sewer with a replacement liner. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Beware! The Pinks you knew and trusted is no longer Pinks. It was bought by Ritz plumbing. They just robbed my grandma and were very dishonest. She always used Pinks and trusted them and when she called Ritz showed up instead. I implore you to review Ritz plumbing before calling Oinks for any work again. Terrible experience. It is a shame because the people at Pinks, especially Pablo, were honest and gained my grandmothers trust over years of honest work.

I had used this company on & off over the last 20 years. I had always been happy with their service. When they arrived today for a rooter job, it was in a Ritz plumbing truck. A single plumber arrived (Pink had always sent 2), listened to my explanation of the problem, and, without looking at it himself, told me that it needed a high pressure procedure. He said he had to order the equipment and that it would cost $350! In the past, it had been a simple rooter router job that cost $100+. After I threw him out, I called to complain to Pink about their subcontractor. At that time, I was informed that there was new management and Ritz was now the parent company. If this is an example of how they conduct business, all the good will they bought with Pink Plumbing will go down the toilet (pun intended).

We gave them a shot to do our drain and it gets clogged up to days later. When we called them to let them know they didn't go deep enough into the drain and we asked them to come back and fix it, they said it's not their responsibility - they already cleaned it out.
It's very unlikely in my opinion that it was cleaned thoroughly if it's blocked again in a couple of days. I actually contacted them because of yelp reviews but we paid another plumber to come out and fix it.
