After our water heater went out and I learned from the manufacturer that the warranty could only be utilized by the company who did the initial install, I called our home builder and found out that company was Pineview Plumbing. After multiple phone calls and messages left from two different numbers that were provided to me by the builder (and the phone number from their website) I have yet to receive a phone call back. We are going on almost 2 weeks without a working water heater that is clearly under warranty but we cannot get fixed as the company (RHEEM) is telling us based on the serial number of the water heater, only the installer (Pineview) can complete the repair under warranty. We are beyond frustrated and will NEVER use this company and will tell anyone who will listen about the horrible experience we have had with them. Pineview Plumbing, you are the absolute worst and if we are forced to pay for the repair ourselves, we will pursue the matter in small claims court.
