Pinellas Plumbing now located at 13311 60th St N, Clearwater FL ph#727.768.0100 installed my AO Smith hybrid electric water heater in Feb 2016. A few months later water started leaking from the condensate pipe. I contacted Fergusons since I bought it there and they told me to contact AO Smith. AO Smith sent their person out to look at it and they determined it was faulty installation that caused the leak. It appears Pinellas Plumbing used a wrench to tighten the PVC pipe fitting and it clearly states on the water heater to HAND TIGHTEN ONLY! When they used a tool to tighten the pipe it cracked it and now leaks. I have talked with Rick at PP LLC a few times over the past 3-months with no action to fix there faulty installation. The AO Smith representative gave me a local plumbers distributor's name since he has fixed these issues before for other consumers where their plumber failed to read the installation instructions. I gave Rick this person's phone number in hopes that he would call to learn how to fix this. I've been trying to reach Rick for the past week and have left him 3 messages with no return call. This has been going on for a total of 3-4 months total and I'm getting no results with Pinellas Plumbing. The last time I called I told the person I want Rick to call me back otherwise I will be filing a BBB complaint, the guy responded """"Whatever"""". I filed a BBB complaint and now this review.

This company has very dangerous and irresponsible drivers on the road. After calling to let them know about one of their drivers almost hit me. It was made clear they really didn't care. It's unfortunate our road ways are made even more unsafe by companies not holding their drivers more accountable. I would never use this company based on this type of road way marketing
