Our sewer drain under the kitchen sink collapsed and Pinedo gave us the best estimate. Even the tradesmen in our family were shocked at how quickly and efficiently their crew works! It was a massive job involving relining the remaining cast iron pipe and they got it done in 3 days! They are always on time, stay on task, and stuck to our budget. Could not be happier! This was a really stressful home repair to make and they took the pain and anxiety out of it!

Quoted me almost $1200 to redirect an existing dryer vent less than 10-ft from the dryer into a house with a raised foundation (the crawl space entrance was also less than 10-ft from the dryer). If you use these guys, get multiple bids. This job should cost $150-$300 at most.

When I asked the owner about the high price, he ghosted me.

Response to Business Owner: You did NOT send me an email explaining anything. All you sent was the $1200 estimate. The job did not require you to penetrate the subfloor. All that was required was for you to drill a new exhaust port and connect the existing line. This was known to you when you submitted the bid. I hired a handyman to drill a single hole and connect it. It cost me $150

Buyer beware. I have used Pinedo in the past but he recently changed his billing from T&M to unit pricing. The bill was shocking to say the least and I was not given a bid ahead of time. Nail down your price before he dispatches!
