Buyer beware. I have used Pinedo in the past but he recently changed his billing from T&M to unit pricing. The bill was shocking to say the least and I was not given a bid ahead of time. Nail down your price before he dispatches!

Elias was fabulous. He looked at all the issues that I had and fixed everything. He took his time to answer all my questions and left the work area spotless. No charges were made for little fixes. Even though the charges were next to nothing, that wasn't the best part of the experience. I don't think I would hire another plumbing company from now on.
