This company did work on my parents home and and totally over charged them and took advantage of them because of there age! Stay away from this company

Be very careful doing buisness with Chuck the owner. Fly by night outfit. Terrible plumber. Causes more damage then he can repair. Employees when he has one are not insured.Never on time. Shows up when he wants too and ignores appointments. No integrity not very truthful or honest. I will never do buisness with him again.

Let me tell you the events that took place.

He and I go around looking for leaks. This is a day after he said he'd show up. He doesn't have any of his tools or equipment. We find what sounds like running water.

It's not a good enough lead.

We keep looking. After a while, we choose to wait. He charges $250 for doing nothing. The next day, that entire area is flooded. I call to let him know, he insists we pay one of his employees to dig up the pipes but I decide to dig up the pipe myself and fix it, however because we run off a well we have to find someone else to fix the pressure.

So, because he was a day late and because he ignored the obvious signs, we are looking at about 2000-3000 to restore water pressure in the middle of winter. On top of a 250 loitering fee. If you live in Lassen, avoid doing business with this company.

Do not use this plumbing company! They have no customer service whatsoever! They say that they'll show up or call you and they don't do either.
