We had a clogged kitchen sink. Tried to snake ourselves with no success. Made a few calls to professionals and Pouya was at our house in 30 minutes. It was a very stubborn clog and he couldn't unclog it initially. Pouya then went under the crawl space and investigated the pipe situation (which was not easily accessible). He then did his magic and cleared it out. It was such a big relief. He also went above and beyond to tighten loose part of the disposal and stopped water leak. Pouya was very polite, professional and highly skilled. The price was reasonable. We highly recommend him.

Kitchen sink suddenly backed up on a Saturday night. Ran out and got some Drano which didn't work. You don't realize how much you use your kitchen sink until you can't use it! I wondered how we were going to make it to Monday or how long it would take to get someone out to fix it. I called pine rooter on Sunday morning, he called back right away and was out to our house within a half an hour. Took him about 45 minutes to get the drain working again. He was very courteous and professional and didn't try to upsell us extra products.

I reached out to Pine Rooter yesterday afternoon and Pouya was here at 9:00AM this morning.

Pouya explained what he thought the issue(s) were and when he left 40 minutes later, I had three drains running better than I'd ever seen them before. His work also comes with a 30 day warranty.

He was the only one of the five businesses that communicated transparent pricing up front and didn't solicit personal information until I was ready to move forward. His open and low pressure approach is what sold me, but his quick response time from start to finish was just the icing on the cake.

The day before we were going to host family for Thanksgiving, our guest bathroom sink stopped draining. Pine is a very reliable and nice person. He helped replace two toilets at my house perfectly. He is very responsive and efficient. He made sure that everything is working well.
