Jacob is a very responsible and knowledgable guy. After my frazzled description of the problem on the phone, he arrived at the door with one tool. He asked me four questions (each answer was ""yes""), nodded and got under the sink. 2 minutes later he was done fixing the rocking faucet. The price couldn't be beat. I can't wait to turn my next plumbing/heating problem over to him. Go Jacob!!!!

Jacob of Pine Ridge Plumbing replaced the lateral that connects our house to the septic system. As can happen with a very old house, quirky existing work with obsolete materials presented an extra challenge. Jacob did an excellent job.

A few days after he finished we noticed that as a side effect of his work, the toilet was slightly crooked. If some previous occupant had installed the toilet flange properly (fastened it correctly to the floor), nothing Jacob did would have moved the toilet--so it wasn't really his fault. Nonetheless, he came back and fixed the toilet, fastening the flange to the floor with stainless steel screws.

With all the great reviews, I had high hopes for Jacob, but he did not show up for the scheduled appt and I received no call to explain or reschedule. I emailed the company but received no response.

Jacob was great, installing a new toilet and bathroom vanity, fixing a small leak in our crawlspace and updating/fixing several items in our two showers/tubs - all at reasonable prices. He was responsive, performed quality work and fully explained his process and what he was going to do. He gave us honest advice on what he thought we should take care of and what could be put off for the time being. We'd definitely recommend Jacob for any plumbing needs!
