I have to leave this review for the Perfect plumbing crew, thank you! These people bend over backwards to make sure that you are both pleased and well serviced! In this day and age Service has suffered terribly! From automated answering systems that cause you to hang up in frustration to answering services that just won't help. Perfect goes above and beyond. Here's how, I bought a Heating and Air system the installation went cleanly and smoothly. Later as this winter came on, I did notice a funny dripping sound that drove me nuts! I couldn't figure out what it was. From a leaky faucet, leaking toilet to a roof leak I couldn't figure it out. Finally I figured out that the sound was tied to the heater coming on and off. I called Perfect and they sent guy out immediately. I don't have his name but he new exact what the cause was! A duct inside the wall was expanding and contracting as the heater came on and off. The tech spent a solid two hours in the crawl spaces, hi and low (two story home) but could get to the duct. He called his supervisor and set another visit with his supervisor and another tech! Okay I'm getting worried, (this house is going to be an Air B&B and it don't fly with this sound!) the guys come out (Will Thompson and Tim) after another two hours and a lot of searching they find the duct behind a wall in between my living room and master bath... oh man! I have visions of a tear out to the studs.... Will goes out to his truck with a drill and 3 long screws... he drills into the wall, through the side of the duct and pulls out the slack in the duct! That's it! There's no wobble to cause the sound! ""The Duct Whisperer"" has solved the problem with three screws! Thanks Will and Tim! It's followed up with Brian who comes out and does a great duct cleaning! There's Kim in the office who was great and one other tech!
