Sal came over to take a look at my water heater...although I had a good idea I needed another one. He was polite and professional. We had it replaced in less than an hour and couldn't have been more satisfied with the service. What also impressed us was that he brought his son to assist and he too was well mannered and professional. Excellent service.

I had this company install a tankless hot water heater that I purchased from Amazon. They charged my nearly $500 for the installation and never tested it. Guest who were using my home had to turn on the circuit breaker only to find that the water heater did not work, so they had no hot water. Then I had the plumber order another heater and had it installed. The wrong heater came in but they installed it anyway. The electrician recommended to take the heater out and install the correct one, which I OKed. After many days, the plumber finally got the heater installed and we had hot water. Then I got the bill of nearly $900 and it didn't include the electricians time. Needles to say, I won't be calling on this company again!
