Service was good, they fixed my problems very quickly and efficiently (hence the extra star) but...watch your invoice because I was over billed on the hours.

I asked to be re-invoiced since I was over charged by over an hour. I even mailed in phone call logs (which I still have) that showed the plumber had called me to say they were on the way from Stockton at 2:46 pm. He called at 3:18 pm when he got to my house in Lodi. I was back to my work at 440 pm (10 minute drive). Yet some how I was billed at over $100 per hour for 2.5 hours. This all took place almost a year ago as I mailed all this stuff back in March 2016 requesting the hours to be changed. Never heard back from them regarding the invoice until today a full 11 months later when I get a phone call asking for the full invoice payment. Of course, all this fell on deaf ears. Would love to find an honest plumbing company here in Lodi since I'll be needing one for some work soon.

Don't use these guys! The owner Tom is a crook. Broke my toilet when clearing the sewer line, then claimed it wasn't broken. Um, when water is leaking out the bottom after the snake went in the wrong direction and hit the toilet bottom, I think water coming out the base it definitely an indication of broken! Avoid!

I called early in the morning to get some service done on my GE water heater and I asked them that morning if they would be able to fix it that day because I had missed work and they said of course we will send someone right out..... Well some older man came took my water heater apart asked me if I had a certain tool he needed and asked me for reading glasses because he couldn't see the screws. He finally took it apart and tried putting a non GE part in the water heater which did not work he called his boss and put him on speaker as told him this part is not working his boss said no it won't work you need a GE part.... So at that point I am furious because he tries to put the water heater back together and left parts out and tells me he can't fix it. So my question is why would you Tom the manager send one of your employees to do a job without the tools and parts he needs to complete a job!!! So when I talked to Tom he would not let me talk he was rude and said I owed them money and the other company I got to fix my water heater probably stole the parts because it's impossible to get those parts!!!! Never ever would I ever recommend them plus this other company I went to gave me 6 months warranty. Pinasco said they never give any kind of warranty and the other company is stupid for doing it... That should tell you what kind of company Pinasco is!!!!

All the drains in my house were clogged. It was a problem with the main pipes. They were so fast and friendly! I had a great experience with these guys and will use them for all my future plumbing needs!

Called to have someone come out and give me an estimate on a broken pipe. He showed up with a jackhammer, when I asked how much it would cost, he couldn't give me a price, his boss would have to do that. So I stopped him and called the office. He said they thought it was a service call, but he would send his boss out to give an estimate. Never heard from them again. Hired someone else to do the job. Then I received an invoice for $115.00! For what? The guy was here for 10 minutes and did no work! Be careful when dealing with them!

I recently had Pinasco Plumbing replace the toilets in my shop and apartment in an older building. John came over to look at the job and provide an estimate. First, he made certain that our new commodes were ADA compliant and second, he treated us very fairly. John and his staff are 'git er done' kind of folks.
