We are so happy to have Tyler in the Terra Linda neighborhood! We asked Tyler about changing out a 40-year-old sink in our garage so that it wouldn't bump up against our washing machine. He quickly came back to us with a game plan, suggesting some additional changes that would bring the whole thing up to code and make it look a lot better. Then he executed the vision flawlessly, recommending a great sheetrock guy to come in between his sessions of work (the sheetrock guy also fixed another issue with a light fixture while he was waiting for his work behind the sink to dry).

Tyler was a great sport after finding that the original replacement sink we had purchased was broken right as he was preparing to install it, and kindly came back a couple weeks later, not charging us for the hours we forced him to leave unbooked.

While we can't say we look forward to future plumbing issues in order to be able to work with Tyler again, we certainly feel confident with our aging pipes in his capable hands and couldn't recommend him more.

I have used Tyler on multiple occasions, he ran a gas line for my BBQ and when I needed a new ADA toilet installed he came over and did it and also added the safety frame, he fixed a couple of minor plumbing problems that came up while he was installing the toilet. He was timely and oh so helpful. I now have two reliable and dependable plumbers to depend on.

Tyler is simply a first class pro. I don't regularly write reviews but when you see top class service you feel an obligation to compliment it.

Tyler did a complex wall hung toilet as well as two new vanity installs at our house recently.

Like all contractors, the challenge is to provide a ""not to exceed"" estimate but then to have the honesty and discipline to revise your estimate down if the project goes quickly and not ""milk"" the customer back up to the ""not to exceed"" quote. Tyler was efficient, quick and when he finished the job faster than his estimate (50% faster in our case) he was as happy as we were and billed us accordingly.

Most importantly Tyler instills confidence in his recommendations and his workmanship makes him an ace in his craft.

I can't speak to the quality of Tyler's work, but his customer care is second to none. I left a message for Tyler at 8am on a Friday morning (going into a holiday weekend) - I needed same day service for a dishwasher leak. Tyler called back within 30 minutes. His schedule was packed but he immediately connected me with another plumber - even texting to introduce us - who was able to help me within 4 hours. So amazing to find someone who goes out of his way to help. Thank you Tyler!

Tyler Pina was here for the second time today. I should have written this review last year, when he came late on a Friday afternoon when no other ""highly rated"" plumber even returned my call. Tyler is truly a local gem - competent, responsive, and just a pleasure to have in your home. I knew exactly who to call this time when we had two plumbing issues crop up within 12 hours of each other! Read the other reviews - everything that everyone is saying is true! It's just so nice to have found someone like him - you might not think about plumbers daily, but man, when you need one, and you have a wonderful one to call, it's a great feeling!

In autumn 2016 I was going to renovate the master bathroom in our house in Corte Madera. I learned of Tyler through Yelp, and contacted him to do an estimate for the work. He provided a detailed cost estimate that showed different pricing options. I decided to delay the complete renovation of the bathroom, and instead opted to have the existing equipment repaired. Tyler did not mind the change of plans, and he made the necessary repairs. He did good work for a reasonable price. He is also a nice person, and has been responsive when I have contacted him about other work.

Best plumber (and contractor, for that matter) that we've ever had. Unfortunately, Yelp reviews aren't always accurate, as we found out previously with a different highly rated plumber. Tyler has worked in our home on more than one occasion and each time he has done a great job, always on time, honest & fair and responds to emails and/or phone calls efficiently (unlike another plumber). How nice to have a reliable plumber that gets the job done!

My water heater went down in the late evening. I called a few people around Mill Valley and they pretty much laughed at me and told me they could fix it ""soon"" I decided to try one last thing so I texted Pina Plumbing (415)570-1054 (which it turns out he prefers). He was really responsive and then next thing I knew he was at my house fixing my Water Heater. It is an off brand water heater and I thought, ""no way this guy has the parts to fix this POS"" but 45 minutes later it was on and we had hot water. On top of the outstanding service the bill was very reasonable. Tyler saved the day!
