WOW! Just had the BEST experience with AC repair folks in Ogunquit.
They arrived about hour after I called while others were quoting three weeks or $700 to come sooner to take a look. Was about a 30 second fix but they were so great! Left everything immaculate - I swear my house is cleaner now! If you ever need HVAC in So Maine, I can't recommend Keith and Joe and Pine State Services highly enough!!!

I use Pine State for my HVAC, plumbing and heat pumps (installation and service). Their techs are the best and their service is five star! Owen was here yesterday to resolve an irrigation problem related to my plumbing. He identified the issue quickly and resolved with an hour. He did it with a great attitude, explained what he was doing and was truly interested in resolving the issue for me. All their techs have the same attitude and are all very friendly and polite. Highly recommend Pine State Services!!!

Complete rip off. They charged us $6K for an electrical job and cannot provide us with a detailed invoice. They've told me that they are a flat rate company (it doesn't say this anywhere on their website), but as a valued customer with a membership, I'd like to see what I'm paying for. Their inability to provide even a basic breakdown of the cost makes me think they overcharged. Spend your money somewhere else!
