I wont be using Pilewski Plumbing again, they could not give me an accurate estimate. I made it clear that I had one thousand dollars in the budget for some pretty basic work (plumbing in a sink, setting a toilet, and adding a vent). I had all the supples for the toilet. The bill was over $1500. I called many times without a response to get a breakdown on the supplies, In the end they refused to give me a breakdown, which was over $500, so I have no idea what I paid for. I will not use or reccommend Pilewski again.

I used this company to install a water softener this year.The owner came out an gave me a price. The install service was great but when I received my bill it was a different amount then originally quoted (be aware). Now I need a service call on this unit, I've called 4 times in the last 30 days and still no response. The unit is less then 9 months old. They claim the customers priority is the number #1 goal. Time for them to change the goal or set it up.

Eric was just great.
Sized up the problem fast, got the necessary supplies, and fixed it within an hour.
He is very knowledgeable and if I need any further plumbing services, pressure tanks, water treatments, etc. Will definitely be using this company and specifically Eric.

BEWARE OF STICKER PRICE OF BILL!! Called Pilewski Plumbing because close to home....Had a small leak in bathroom vanity cold water faucet......Plumber arrived 8:15am...Left my home at 8:50 to get part to fix leak....Came back at 9:20 and finished at 9:45...He told me my bill was $253.00....WOW.....I was charged for two hours of labor, at $89,00 per hour...Plumber only at my home for one hour....I called business after the fact, and told that I was responsible for paying for plumber driving to my home, driving to get part, and driving back to business....Shouldn't a plumber have the appropriate parts located in his van....Plumber also replaced water pipes located underneath my vanity without my consent...There was nothing wrong with those pipes...charged $75.00 for those parts.....I felt as though I was thoroughly robbed this morning....Nice work Pilewski Plumbing for taking advantage of an elderly woman and earning a few extra bucks from her...I am 60 years old and I feel as though someone had broken into my home and stole $253.00 from me

Jason was on time, knowledgable and informative. We agreed on a plan to try and fix the problem by replacing the cartridge rather than replacing the entire kitchen faucet. Jason helped me find the replacement piece online and I was able to save $$ by ordering online. If I do end up needing to replace the faucet I will definitely call Pilewski to do the work!
