Made and appointment for an estimate on septic tank repairs. The receptionist scheduled it as a service charge, so they sent out a massive pumping truck. The workers informed us that not only would we have to pay $400 for them to start digging at all, it would $189 for a service charge. We just needed an estimate, so we send them away, and they proceeded to charge us the $189 for doing absolutely ZERO work. The workers also told us that the receptionist was supposed to tell us the cost of the """"service"""" that we scheduled over the phone, which she did not do. As far as I am concerned, she purposefully withheld information about this call so that this company could make money off of us for doing no work at all. The worst part is we regularly use Pikes, and we just spent about $1200 to have our sink fixed. If this is how they treat well paying REGULAR customers, I would hate to see how they treat new ones. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
