Requested quote for toilet install. Price was quoted by Aaron. Two men arrived and since I had already picked up the toilet I asked them to bring toilet in off my pickup. They did and set it in the bedroom leading to bath where it was to be installed. The men got their tool bag& put them in toilet closet. Then one man named Jason came out and I asked about payment and it went south from there. I told him how much I was quoted to pay and he started rambling about things needed and that would add to cost. I told him I had had an in-depth discussion with Aaron so I would call him to clear up the cost. Jason became Rude and stated he was not waiting for me to call no one and went got the other man and left. I was taken aback because never had a repairman been so rude and unprofessional. I called the office and spoke with Aaron and explained how rude Jason was and told him what happen .Aaron stated that Jason stated the toilet was wobbly and other things needed, all which was untrue. This made me skeptical to do business with company like this, especially because all Aaron kept saying was what did I want him to do, Normally a legitimate company would ask how to make it right. After thinking over this over night I decided I would call and tell Aaron I didn't want that man Jason back to my home. As a consumer who normally try to do business with local small businesses all I can recommend is that you stay away from this establishment. I felt like I Was dealing with ""Switch and Bait"". Additionally Jason is rude and unprofessional therefore Will cost this company to lose customers. if I could Rate it zero that's what I would give it 0

Corrupt liars; nothing they say can be believed, I'm stuck with a paper receipt and no permit, lied about the warranty coverage, no list of what was covered, done, just lies.

I was in need of a plumber and after making many phone calls Pikes Peak Mechanical was recommended to me. They returned my call shortly after I left a message and said they would be out that day to fix the problem. They were responsive and professional and did a complete check of the system before they left to ensure that there were no other issues caused by the faulty pressure relief valve. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Worst experience ever. Very rude behavior. They came in thru our home warranty company to fix a leaking Delta faucet. Delta offers warranty only to the original purchaser, and I clearly told them I am NOT the original purchaser. Still they insisted I contact Delta to warranty the faucet. After a month of back and forth, I called Delta and admitted I am not the original purchaser.

Delta, as a one-time courtesy, sent me the replacement cartridge although I am not eligible for the warranty.

Pikes Peak Mechanical came over today to replace the cartridge. It was done, but they damaged the handle. Again they insisted that I call Delta to get a replacement handle. Why will Delta pay for their mistake? I'm now left with a damaged handle, not knowing who will fix it.

Pikes Peak Mechanical might justify their side of the story, but I have a right to post my review.

I am a condo renter in Colorado Springs. It's an old unit, and in my 3 years here I've needed plumbing help twice. My landlord has sent Pikes Peak Mechanical - run by twins Jason and Aaron - both times. I've had the pleasure of meeting them both. Each call was answered quicker than I expected. They are both knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and very capable plumbers. Today's event was a busted hot water heater. Within a couple of hours from the call Aaron had the thing drained and removed with a promise that I'd have my replacement in about an hour. If I was a paying customer I'd be elated, but getting this kind of service as a condo renter ... kudos to my landlord for finding these guys !!!

Do NOT use these contractors . they're soil as plumbers may be adequate to competant but business practices are below par at best !
I called to repair leaking outdoor hose spigot . Jason showed up to inspect job and NEVER gave an estimate or gave approximate cost of repair BEFORE starting repair. .. Just continued to repair the spigot and later called me with a service bill if $435 . !! I paid sight unseen Trusting the job was done . I would NEVER have approved that repair at such a inflated cost.
Follow up phone call to the contractor with visual evidence of a leak after attaching my hose to same outdoor spigot . Asked contractor to come out inspect his work . He actually charged me $85 for the inspection , Really?
He claims there was no leak except from my hose which was in tact BEFORE he arrived and disconnected . These are NOT trustworthy contractors .. it's not the long term customer satisfaction they long for but the short term sale service visit.. SAD!

Horrible. Don't even consider them. Jason was rude, did not warm of $150 ""service charge,"" left sprinkler lines uncapped, did not do any repair work other than putting a 10 cent connector on a cut drip line, and was altogether unpleasant. He rushed around the property, only allowing each zone to pop up without even watching to evaluate coverage. Very bad experience.

*** Beware*** I had a home buyer's warranty on my house in C/S they gave me these clowns, took them 3 days to return my CALL to make an appt for a minor gas leak in my furnace. The City of C/S had been out to the property and tagged/marked where the leak was. So ""tech"" really didn't do anything as it was all done. He could care less about delivering customer service he was just interested in getting my credit card # for payment and was asking me to pay him an additional $117 which is over and above the charges I had to pay to the HBW!! He was very rude, unprofessional, and did not do anything!! You would think when you hear the word ""Gas Leak"" that should prompt you to take care of this ASAP!! I called and left them 5 messages times to call me. Having to wait 3 days for a return phone call is ludicrous! AVOID THIS SCAM/RIP-OFF COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

I just moved into a new place, for me, but the home is definitely a ""fixer upper"". The lower level is being renovated and whomever that is doing the maintenance work apparently felt I wasn't going to need a working furnace or heat during some of the coldest days this past week. The owner of Pikes Peak Mechanical, Aaron Morton, was at my house immediately after the issue was addressed to my landlord. I had already start work (my job is a home based gig) and he was able to resolve the issue promptly, was respectful and worked diligently during my work shift and caused no interruptions or anything of the sort, so that I was able to concentrate and do my thing. Thank you for the updated thermostat also! So much better than the janky wind-up dial that was hanging off the wall.
