This company was hired by my home warranty company because our hot water from our tankless water heater was only putting out hot water for about 5 minutes and then the hot water is coming out of the cold faucets.
The service tecs came out and did not understand our system, so his solution was to replace the entire system to the tune of 6k+.
We have a soaking tub that has a mixing valve that mixes cold water into the hot so you cannot run straight hot into the tub, it reduces scalding risk and is code. The tec told my husband that it is required by code, but he would just take it out! This valve is a $160 online + labor to install.
WOW talk about a rip off company!

Pike Plumbing did a great job replacing my tankless water heater. When my water heater broke they came out the next day to give me a quote to repair or replace. Since it was 18 years old I decided to replace it.

They came out a few days later and replaced it. I would definitely call Pike Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

This is the fourth time I have hired Pike Plumbing & Sewer at my home in Kent. Anthony replaced my water heater and my garbage disposal. He also found and repaired a leak that was coming through my ceiling coming from my upstairs bathroom. Last week, Anthony performed annual maintenance on my water heater. Excellent service and quality as usual. I received next day service all four visits. The communication was great from the office. Figured it was about time I left Pike Plumbing & Sewer a review! We needed our main sewer line fixed as we had roots growing into the original pipes. The team was amazing! professional and hard working. They did a superb job and followed through with making certain our yard was put back together beautifully. Anthony & EJ have a great crew! Efficient and good quality next day toilet replacement.

We had a toilet that had an intermittent internal leak. A plumber, from Pike Plumbing fixed the problem with a replacement part in literally just a few minutes. He was respectful of our home and there was nothing to clean up after he left. The toilet has since worked perfectly. If I have a plumbing issue again, I will use this company.

I was requesting to move my toilet over 16 inches or so because I wanted to add a shower to the master bedroom. Pike plumbing showed up on time and knocked out the toilet relocation and added the shower drain in only a couple hours. If something came up, Anthony was very prompt in letting me know and what, if any additional concerns were. Will for sure bring Pike Plumbing in next time.
