This is the fourth time I have hired Pike Plumbing & Sewer at my home in Kent. Anthony replaced my water heater and my garbage disposal. He also found and repaired a leak that was coming through my ceiling coming from my upstairs bathroom. Last week, Anthony performed annual maintenance on my water heater. Excellent service and quality as usual. I received next day service all four visits. The communication was great from the office. Figured it was about time I left Pike Plumbing & Sewer a review! I highly recommend this small business :)

We needed our main sewer line fixed as we had roots growing into the original pipes. The team was amazing! professional and hard working. They did a superb job and followed through with making certain our yard was put back together beautifully. Anthony & EJ have a great crew! Both of these men take pride in their work and definitely know what they are doing. The pricing was very fair as well.

Efficient and good quality next day toilet replacement.
I e-mailed 3 plumbers at 6am. Pike Plumbing & Sewer LLC was the 1st one to contact me at 8am.

Anthony was friendly and professional, arrived around 11:00 to give me a reasonable estimate. Ordered and installed a brand new toilet next day. He also kept the work areas nice and clean. Job well done.

We had a toilet that had an intermittent internal leak. A plumber, from Pike Plumbing fixed the problem with a replacement part in literally just a few minutes. He was respectful of our home and there was nothing to clean up after he left. The toilet has since worked perfectly. If I have a plumbing issue again, I will use this company.

I was requesting to move my toilet over 16 inches or so because I wanted to add a shower to the master bedroom. Pike plumbing showed up on time and knocked out the toilet relocation and added the shower drain in only a couple hours. If something came up, Anthony was very prompt in letting me know and what, if any additional concerns were. Will for sure bring Pike Plumbing in next time.

We bought a neely flipped house and we're having issues with our kitchen sink backing up into our child's bathroom . we had previously tried to snake it ourselves a few times and the problem kept coming back. we had also called other plumbers who basically told us unless they can actively see what is happening they are not going to try and fix it . Pikes plumbing came out and Anthony was amazing . he was informative and gave me good tips and tricks and scheduled me an appointment to get the sink snakes by them . it's been about a month and there were no issues . It was great to hear his thoughts and suggestions and while he was there I told him about another issue with our outdoor spicket and he added that to the work order . not only did i get a quote almost instantly to my phone , but his office was able to schedule me a few days later. thank you Anthony and Piled Plumbing for coming thru! I am glad to have a plumber I can count on in the future. I

This is a VERY SHADY company all around. Unfortunately you would never know unless you triple check them. We were promised a 50 gallon tank at 40000 BTU's. The woman even went on about how they replace it with a better tank than what you have. Then when they showed up at my house and pulled the water tank out of the truck no one mentioned the fact that they showed up with a 40 gallon tank with 36000 BTU. It was up to my husband and I to catch it or they were gonna install it behind our backs. Let me reiterate that they brought a tank of lesser value and we're about to install it without mentioning it at all! It would have been different had they said Hey we could not find that 50 gallon we only found a 40 gallon with less BTU's, is that OK? They did not do that they simply were going to install it in hopes that we would not notice they told us it was the same price tank. It is most definitely not the same price tank it is definitely a few $100 difference and they did not care to mention that Then when they were caught told us that the reason why they didn't have the 1 they promised is because that home depot just happened to be out and all the stores were closed. I then called home depot and found out that they did have the 50 gallon 40000 BTU tank in stock. Then they tried telling me that 36000 BTU was better than 40000 BTU's as if I'm an idiot. Then act annoyed that we were sending them away because he came out in the cold. We never asked him to come out today and told them that we were more worried about their safety and that our water heater was still working enough to get through if they need to come at a later date. between the lying to my face acting like I'm an idiot and don't know the difference between products and then acting annoyed because we didn't want to accept a lesser product I am beyond disappointed and would highly recommend using any other plumber than these guys. They are very comfortable lying and when you call them out they will no longer serve you. That is what happened to us I was calling my home warranty company to request a new company and found out that they asked that service be transferred. So if you check their product call them out and they cannot get away with their lies they will simply back out of helping you. I am very thankful that they backed out because it made much easier For me to get a new company out here. They are very comfortable lying to you and when you call them out they will back out of taking care of you. This kind of product is something you have in your house for 10 plus years and I have a family that I am trying to take care of and they are going to just take my money and lie to the warranty company. Which I can guarantee you would be the same kind of work they would have done how do we let them install it. Anyone willing to lie to you like this and go behind your back and hopes you won't notice that they brought you something that you were not agreeing to is not going to do quality workmanship. When I try calling them now to conclude they just simply will not answer my phone. This is an all around shady company that is just trying to make a book This kind of product is something you have in your house for 10 plus years and I have a family that I am trying to take care of and they are going to just take my money and lie to the warranty company. Which I can guarantee you would be the same kind of work they would have done how do we let them install it. Anyone willing to lie to you like this and go behind your back and hopes you won't notice that they brought you something that you were not agreeing to is not going to do quality workmanship. When I try calling them now to conclude they just simply will not answer my phone. This is an all around shady company that is just trying to make money with no respect or concern about your hard earned money or family. RUN, do not walk away from this company.

Amazing service! Anthony one of the business owners went above and beyond. I needed a new water heater installed and he was fast, efficient, empathetic and knowledgeable. They have earned my business for life. Thank you for such a fast and efficient job.
