Highway robbery, overpriced for mediocre workmanship. The owner came off as a know it all. The job was not warranted, had the initial problem 2 days after it supposedly repaired. I called the office and was told that I'd have to pay an additional fee because it was a return service call on top of labor fees.

I paid in cash to avoid having to pay sales tax. However, I wasn't given a receipt because I paid in cash

Excellent company. Carl the technician came to my home found the problem with my furnace. He actually explained step by step what was going on. Very courteous and affordable. Came within a reasonable time. Would definitely use him again.

After 3 days with no heat, I was freezing. Three different heating companies came and each one said they didn't work on my type of furnace, left, and gave a bill. Then Pike County Plumbing and Heating came to my home and fixed it with 10 minutes. Not only did he fix it quickly and gave me glorious heat but charged a reasonable price. This gentleman gave me a time he would arrive and was here 2 minutes early. He is honest and competent. I wish all repair companies were like this one. I give this company the highest rating plus more.

Carl is outstanding, a knowledgeable and easy to work with pro. He has upgraded quite a few fixtures for me in 2 different homes here in Conashaugh Lakes. He also has installed whole-house water filter systems and helped me clean out 2 older not too well-taken care of well systems, difficult projects that he completed with ease. never hesitates to answer my questions, always returns my calls promptly. Definitely gets my recommendation, and would definitely hire him again.

I called Pike County Plumbing to my house to fix a problem with one of my toilets. The told me that my up-flush toilet needed a new pump and they did replace same. A few days later, the toilet started to increase water, without any reason. I called Pike to fix this problem and they refused to come back unless I paid for the call, as if it was a new matter. The plumber told me that he did not want to be involved with my toilet, because he never saw an upflush toilet before and did not know how to fix it.

Since purchasing a home, we had three service calls completed by Pike County Plumbing and Heating. One was an emergency call on a Friday night and the other two were scheduled calls that could wait. All three times we got excellent service at a fair price. Our home came with a Warranty through American Home Shield and they had a plumber who was dispatched who was not at all professional like these guys, in fact, I am not sure if he had plumbing credentials at al. We would not let anyone but Pike County Plumbing & Heating work on our pipes, furnace, tub or toilet. Their employee named Brad is especially competent and professional.

My first dealing with Pike County was for a second opinion on being told I needed a new compressor or central HVAC unit. Carl came out to troubleshoot the problem and within 10 minutes he concluded the compressor was fine and the capacitor needed to be replaced. This went from a $4000 repair to a $40 part + service call fee. I was very grateful for the honest diagnosis of the problem.

Most recently, I had a problem with the 2nd floor not maintaining the desired set temperature. Again, I reached out to Pike County and they suggested an attic fan. Low and behold, $400 dollars later the upstairs is cool and maintaining.

Carl, Brad and the crew are professional, knowledgeable and honest - a rare find these days!

Very professional and personable. Arrived on time, did exactly what they said they would, quick from the moment they arrived,and cleaned up after themselves.
