Henry is truly the best plumber we've ever met! Not only is his work top notch, but his prices are reasonable and he's a super nice guy. He installed our tankless water heater, reverse osmosis, and water softener. He also connected the line to our fridge for the ice maker and put up a new shower head in the bathroom. Throughout the whole process, he was honest and reliable. If we ever need further plumbing work, I know exactly who to call!

I was very pleased with Pierside Plumbing! Their quote over the phone was $15 less than the quote my HOA plumber gave me. My HOA's plumber did some work in my unit a few days earlier for another issue, and I was displeased because they tracked dried mud all over my unit. I was going to ask them to do the additional work afterwards, but with dry mud all over their shoes and bodies I did not want them tracking any additional gunk into my unit. Pierside Plumbing was great, they put shoe covers on before entering my unit, which was very professional. Then after taking a look, they actually charged me LESS than what they quoted me over the phone due to the nature of the situation. So besides keeping my unit nice and CLEAN, they also knocked $35 off the initial quote, saving me $50 from what I would have spent with my HOA plumber. Both workers were also very nice and personable. I am a happy customer, and will be recommending Pierside Plumbing to all of the tenants in my complex!

Helped installed a drinking faucet in my kitchen sink.
The Good: Responsive to new business, courteous and friendly guy, came back to adjust the water pressure soon after the issue was raised
The Bad: When the air gap was leaking 3 months later, I reached out to him asking if he could swing by to take a look or give me the manufacturer's info so I could deal with it myself, but he never responded. As if he was afraid it would be another visit with no production or he didn't know how to fix it. I ended up figuring it out myself!
