Jason from Pierside Plumbing came out to my home today as I thought I had a slap or water heater leak but he did the testing and said it was rain runoff so I was relieved. He is going to install a tankless water heater tomorrow and I was happy with his knowledge and expertise. He seems to know his stuff. Karen

Jason and Lenny came to give me a free quote for a new Water heater installed and he matched the price I was given by a competitor. i wanted it done this morning and they were able to remove old one and install the new one in about 2 hours. Both the guys were knowledgeable, informative and honest. I would definitely call Pierside plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs!

Well I had the dreaded slab leak in my home. Jason was able to come out immediately to review the problem and put together a game plan. The next day Jose Rubalcaba and his team showed up and got to work. It was a massive job requiring punching holes in the walls and rerouting water lines all over the house. What I thought was surely going to take several days was done in six hours. Jose did a great job showing me where the problem was and explaining how they were going to fix it. When the job was complete, the team swept, mopped, and wiped up all the drywall dust. The quote even included the drywall repair and putting my house back in its original condition.

I received a lot of estimates and did my research before choosing Pierside Plumbing. In addition to swapping out my 23 year old large tank style water heater to a new tankless water heater, I needed work completed on a variety of projects around my house. Pierside handled all the projects quickly and efficiently while helping me get a $1,000 rebate for installing the new water heater.

I hired Pierside Plumbing for a number of projects over the past two years since moving to HB. I'm fairly handy myself but I needed some expertise for remodel work in the kitchen and bathrooms. I reached out to 5 other plumbing companies to evaluate and compare my options before deciding to go with Pierside Plumbing. Their estimates were fair (not the cheapest or most expensive), work was able to be completed quickly (often the same week), and the workers were friendly and professional. I also appreciated that I wasn't being upsold or oversold for something that I didn't want or need.

Some of the work Pierside Plumbing has completed for me includes moving a gas line for the oven, moving water lines for the fridge, replacing water shut-off valves, replacing the water heater with a new 40g Bradford White, installing a Flow-Tech ""water softener"" system, setting a new toilet, installing a rainfall shower head and faucets. Consistently, the workers have done a great job protecting my floors with drop cloths and are diligent about putting booties over their shoes before entering. The office was nice to keep me informed on the arrival time with phone calls and automated text messages. Whenever someone asks me for a good plumber, I recommend Pierside Plumbing!

My water heater broke on a Friday. I Contacted 2 plumbing companies who were just tryin to sell me unnecessary service parts and charging me outrageous price. I found this on Yelp and spoke with Henry. I asked him an estimate just to replace the water heater since its still under warranty. He gave me a reasonable estimate price. Monday morning, David and Saul came and were very knowledgeable about it and I agreed with their diagnostic test to see whats wrong with it. They took the old one down and came back with a new one. They kept my house clean and very respectful. I would definitely come back to this guys if I ever need help in the future again. I recommend Henry's plumbing service to anyone. My service window was 4-6pm, said they would reach out 30 minutes before arrival. At 5:55pm, I still had not heard anything from anyone. I reached out. Carmen said they were ""just getting ready to call"" No thanks, I waited 2 hours, I will find another plumber.
