Called these people a few weeks ago because of a smell in my basement pipelines and the guys came out and said it would be an odor and to put a towel down for $300! here I am 2-3 weeks later and the smell has definitely gone from minor to major and now there is leakage and the sewer line is backed up. I called this same company back to have them come out and look again, and the owner Ricky was very rude, snobby and basically refused service because there was nothing to fix and his guys did the job right and it was my fault and he would charge me 2x as much because it's raining, when I complained he said I don't have time to go back and forth with you , good luck and call somebody else because he doesn't care. Wow. Just wow.
Linda O.plumbers are hard to find and usually very busy. i called yesterday and they said it may be a couple of days. to my suprise they arrived this morning.they said they try to get here as quickly as possible.they went right to work. very nice people. i will sure call on them again. i was very satisfied with their work.
Will never use any any other plumbing service for my business or home response time quick and the work is impeccable.
We own a property on LKG and the former property owner recommended Pierce's. They've provided services twice at our home and we were very pleased with their service, pricing and country boy charm. Nice guys doing a professional job in a timely fashion.
I was informed that I had a small leak in the front yard at my lake property, but I wasn't there to see it myself. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP, so I called Pierce's Plumbing. I told him that I wasn't sure what was going on, but it sounded like there was a small leak and I wasn't sure if it was something I was responsible for or if the county needed to handle it. It's a new property in a new city for us, so I was unaware the water meter was near the street instead of at the house. He was short with me, and treated me as if I was ridiculous for not knowing this. He was rude through our entire conversation.
I told him I didn't live there full time, but I would be there Friday afternoon and all weekend. He spouted off something loud and fast, and then handed his phone to a woman who took my information.
On Friday, I received a phone call from a different man who told me they were going to drive over and take a look. He was much nicer. I explained that I was in the car on the way there, but it would be a little while before I arrived. He said it was okay - they were 30 minutes away. When I got to the house approximately 90 minutes later, they were already gone, and it looked like there was a dug up area where the leak was. No one called me to tell me what was wrong or what they had to do to fix it. I had no idea if they just looked at it and left or if it was fixed.
Weeks later, I received a bill for TWO HOURS of labor ($75 an hour) and $5.50 worth of parts. A grand total of $166.39. It's clear I was taken advantage of. There is no way they were there for 2 hours - his phone number and when I arrived there later makes that pretty clear.
Last, even though I spelled my last name out phonetically (as I always do), it's absolutely mutilated on the bill. I also gave them my phone number, but for some reason, my parents phone number is on the bill as well. I haven't lived at home in 15 years, so that means they must have looked up my name online the CORRECT way to find old phone number, but still managed to misspell it on the bill and add letters that aren't even close. It looks really unprofessional.
Overall, I'm just really disappointed. I have ran my own small business for 4 years, and I've been in customer service my entire professional career. They're missing the mark in all categories. Do yourself a favor and pick a different company.
We had a water leak and needed fixing of the kitchen appliances. Jeff and his team was extremely professional and fair. They were on time even in the worst of snow and did their job well and the charges were extremely reasonable. I would recommend them and trust them.
