Tim Pierce, the founder of our company, established the business in 2004. In his first year, he realized he needed help to satisfy customer needs, leading him to bring on another Master Plumber. With each passing year, we continue to grow and welcome more clients. Our team consists of four full-time plumbers and one full-time office manager.
Tim brings over 25 years of plumbing expertise to Pierce Plumbing. Tim's expertise covers a wide range of plumbing areas, from residential to commercial and mechanical, along with gas fitting. Opening his own business was a lifelong goal for Tim, motivating him to take the plunge. In 2004, he took the leap and pursued his dream. With his broad understanding of the plumbing industry, he has secured a wide range of clients. He wants to maintain a small, family-run business that can also cater to multimillion-dollar companies. He finds joy in navigating this balancing act. Currently, Tim employs his nephew (since 2005), son-in-law (since 2006), daughter (since 2008), and his ""adopted"" brother (since 2012).
